One of the best beds I have ever slept on - everything was comfortable even the pillows. Also liked how quiet the apartment was - heard nothing at night. Only negatives I thought was that the lounge suite was too hard to even want to try and sit and relax on and also thought more information should have been around as to where the apartments are and where city, bus routes are etc. Also it was just a little to out of the main drag - cost alot in taxis! But found on the day we left that buses to town are super cheap. |

was disturbed at 3am by the phone ringing then someone banged on our door I was not pleased as I was going on a two day journey home to scotland the receptionist said he wrang our room as someone had asked at reception to ring our room. we did not know them and were very annoyed at being disturbed! I complained to supervisor in the morning but she said it was difficult to know how to avoid that!! not a good answer |

This was an incredible find. Arrived at 7:00 am after long flight from LA. They let me check in to my 2 bedroom, very quiet, fully furnished apartment with great views of the domain and of the water. I could easily walk to all the hub bub of Queen Street but also very close to the Botanical Gardens. Great value and great location |

Some views of water. Did not here anyone from other suites. Did feel safe. Hard to find. Hard to get into. Very hard to park as ramp down to garage was on a steep hill with a 45 degree angle and very closed in. Also had to card entry to garage and had to get out of car to do so. This was in and out. Card keys did cause problem with entry to room and had to be replaced. |

I enjoyed the view over the harbour. Everthing about the room was new. The location was walking distance to the museum and queens street shopping. The map on the web site showed the location of the hotel by the harbour when it is actually a 20-30 minute walk to the ferry dock. |

Convenience to City Centre, transport and access to highways. Also reasonable parking and accomodation suitable for two couples travelling together. |

It was nice and close to the central city and was easily accessible after hours. When we arrived there was pubic hair on the '"clean" bedspread. The staff changed the linin as soon as we complained. One of the elevators was broken and not in use - this meant long waits at the one available elevator. The bathroom shower was not all that clean with soap scum in the corners. There was a pencil and some old food under the sofa. |

We had a fabulous two bedroom apartment with our own private balcony that had stunning views across the harbour. The apartment was compact but very comfortable with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The parking was a tad tight and quite steep but we got over that! |

We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment we stayed in. The access down ST Martins Lane doesn't build you up for a good experience. The austere reception similarly doesnt. We were execting the apartments to be tired and pokey but were pleasantly surprised. The lounge was a little small compared with the size of the bedroom. Wouldn't want to stay for more than a couple of days. Didn't read the website reviews hence the no in the second question down |

We had a good stay, great location close to central city. Units were nice and clean and the staff pleasant. Yes the TV was too high on the wall. |

Great facilities, supportive staff The car park! Very awkward with a large saloon. The rooms need air conditioning, we had to leave the windows open all the time to get apartment below 25 degrees. |

Very clean, modern, comfortable and affordable. Comfortable beds and nice linens. Good location in town. Got plenty of exercise walking up the hills! Washer/Dryer combo machine did not dry clothes very well... Had to hang things to finish drying, however, it beat washing by hand! |

Very clean, warm and modern place to live! Carparking is very tight but that's understandable. I like the fact that it's an apartment suite which has everything like kitchen, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven, washing machine all at your own privacy. Also has a gym (still under construction so I never get to go) and a swimming pool (even though it's kinda small. Better than nothing though!). Very good place at a good rate! Will definitely return! I didn't like it how that it is not environmental conscious. There's only rubbish bins. For instance, it's always good to have another box/basket for recycling of papers and bottles etc. and no dryer :( how about providing a transportable clothesline? :) |

Very clean, hotel had everything we needed. It was great having a washing machine in the bathroom. Kettle, toaster, stove, microwave etc. Cupboards were extremely small. We only stayed a short time so this didn't matter but for an extended stay I don't know where you would put all your clothes! |
