The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The hotel was a great location to centre of Queenstown ans was clean and affordable

Breakfast charges are expensive for hotel guests

Good room facilities, fab views over the lake and lovely attentive staff.

No useful outside space at all even with a verandah. Hot pool and gym disappointing.

We enjoyed our stay @ St Moritz - your staff were outstanding!

Location overlooking the lake

Walk down the hill to the Queenstown shops etc could be difficult for more mature people

The location was fabulous. Most of the staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean, as promised we had a room with a view. Breakfast was lovely, again the staff very helpful and made tables up close to the entrance for me as i was on crutches. We had dessert and coffees in the bar one night, they were divine, definately a must after dinner out or a day exploring (and cheaper than Ocal restaurants).

Parking, we paid and most often had to get the car valet parked as it was full. The bar staff were lazy, we had to approach them for drinks and top ups with the exception of Francois he was awesome. I was disabled and at no time was offered a disabled room, being on crutches/wheelchair and not being walk on my own. It wasnt until we checked out I told her it was hard to shower as I had to be lifted into the bath. The receptionist told me there were 5 rooms on our floor and we should have asked for one. We were annoyed as they could see I was disabled. It was a little disappointing, but we had a nice stay.

We liked that they had an option of apartments within the hotel as we were a young family. The room was clean and great views. Staff were friendly. The biggest negative would be that the bed was lumpy.

Good location, easy walking distance to town centre and lake but not too central as to be noisy. Large room with good facilities and lake view. Professional and courteous staff, would gladly book this hotel again for business or holiday and have no concerns in recommending it based on my experience.

Excellent hotel, extremely good service, excellent breakfast, big clean room with scenic view

Very friendly and helpful multinational staff. Good restaurant and bar. Great to have mini kitchen and washing machine in the room. Beautiful views over the lake and the Remarkables.

Minor issue with the bill when we checked out - staff took the trouble to help us sort it out although it was time consuming.
