The room was very clean and fresh. I particularly liked that there were laundry facilities. I had asked for a wake up call in the morning, but it didnt happen. Luckily, I didnt sleep in. |

Brilliant value! Brand new, therefore, the apartments were perfectly clean, modern, chic and spacious.Paid for a studio, but were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment, which was fabulous. Requested a quiet high floor room, which we were given (8th flloor, carpark side - away from road). The only noise came -albietly briefly - from a young group of girls celebrating- in an apartment across from us (outside our window, but the same complex). Had it proved to have been problematic, we would have contacted reception and no doubt had it resolved. Great location.To sum up, we were very impressed with everything about our stay (especially the unexpected room upgrade).We will most most definitely stay again, and will highly recommend it to others. Unfortunately, there was one staff member (the young man 'with a foreign accent' who was on reception upon our arrival, 6.40ish Saturday the 28th November 2009) who was particularly unhelpful, and probably not best suited to 'front of house' type of work. However, we were very happy with all of the other staff members that we encountered (and they certainly made up for that first staff member). |

We liked the closeness to the city & harbour, all within 5 minutes walk.The apartment was beautifully clean, quiet, and well appointed, and we will certainly be recommending it to our friends. The lack of restaurant in the hotel, and nothing there telling us about the hotel, and what was available. We were looking for an ice machine, but haven't yet found one, and on the day we were booking out, only then found that you had a gym on the 1st floor. |

Location brilliant (we attended a concert at the Vectra Arena!) but also handy walking distance to many nice restaurants, central city shops and all the waterfront activity. Staff were very friendly & helpful, rooms very clean & comfortable with comprehensive amenities, and the whole hotel very clean & spotless! Yes - the fact that we weren't able to stay longer! |

We had spent 13 nights at the Stadium Waldorf Apartments in Auckland. One of the main attractions was location and price. The location was great because Britomart transport hub was a 8 min walk as well as the huge Foodtown supermarket being a 100meters away. Furthermore, on Fort street a few good espresso bars including Holly Beans :-). As for inside the apartment, the layout was good and it had good facilities. The kitchen in the studio apartment we had rented was excellent. We had not experienced any problems and the staff were really good when we needed assistance. Our only downside with the Waldorf was they should have had a super king size bed ;-) as the bed provided felt a touch too small for us. Other than that there isn't anything else we didnt like about Waldorf. |

It was spacious and perfect for our group of four unrelated adults. Very economical with excellent kitchen and laundry in room. Nice area and views. Not right in the downtown or any real neighborhood; a short walk to everything. |

Location is perfect.. if you don't mind that the key card is hard to use then it's a perfact place for you. But the key card with the elevator was so confusing.. it was hard to use and it's really annoying when you need to go to your floor and you stucked at some others floor and you have to wait for the next one. |

The design of this hotel is so superb that words can hardly describe it. The funny set up of the second bedroom. It's so small and dark that it feels more like one is staying inside a jail cell. One bed practically fills the whole room with no space left for anything else. |

We (2 adults & a 13year old) really enjoyed our stay at the Stadium Waldorf Apartments Hotel. It was very handy to Vector Arena (the reason for the trip to Auckland) & to Queen Street. There were so many food places nearby as well as Foodtown being just around the corner. The rooms were very tidy & clean, the beds were very comfortable, an awesome shower & with the wet weather over the weekend to have a washing machine & dryer was very welcome. All staff encountered were very friendly & helpful. It's a pity they don't have their own parking within the building, the parking lot that was available is quite close though & we could see our car from our room. Also, because of work I had to use the internet, when I connected I was given options of what I wanted, as I only needed to be online for about 30minutes I picked the $8 option for 24hrs & so many GB. When we left I'd been charged $20 which is the flat rate for a week, I may have misunderstood the options that were available. |
