The view & the room were amazing . it was the first time in my 20 years of life I have ever stayed in a hotel befor . The manager was abit up-tight , he was talking down to me as if I didnt fit in the scene . I got the impression that I wasnt good enough to stay at the apartment as if I wasnt rich enough looking or didnt meet his expectations of their usual guests ??

23-25 July 2011::: The hotel is stylish, very well situated close to the city center, shops, view. The two bedrooom appartment 805 is very nice, large, the service was exellent. 25-27 July 2011::: The second appartment that we stayed in, 412 is small, the service was poor, no one came to clean up the room, we had to take our rubbish ourselves, the price for 412 was much higher than for 805? When we checked in the Reception /Duty Manager made a lot of errors, first she charged 3 days instead of 2 days and asked me to sign the amount for 3 days, even though I asked to stay only for two days, Check in 25/07 leaving 27/07, then, while my wife and my daughter were still waiting at the car, she could not take my credit card payment, the device for credit cards was not accepting two of my credit cards and my travel money card, and it was frastrated.

Nice 2 bedroom apartments with good space. Well presented and clean. Slightly sniffy reception staff when we checked in. Dodgy shower flow just adequate. Few extras in kitchen.

Did not like the apartment. Design was wrong with the Master having no privacy (open into the Living area) and it looked like the original Master was converted into the Guest room. One toilet for 4 adults is grossly insufficient....it takes at least 2 hours to get ready in the A.M.

Our room was well appointed and the decor nice (although a tad bland possibly). The room was spotless and had everything that we needed and was also surprisingly quiet for it's location. Harley the receptionist must have been having a bad day when we checked out!!!! My husband had to leave early and was shocked by the surly reception he got in the morning, as was I when we left at 8am. Harley was on the 6th floor at the time, and when my son (10) went to say how nice the place was, he got no reaction !!! We spent a few uncomfortable seconds in the elevator before getting to the ground floor. After he and his collegue discussed whatever the problem was on the 6th floor (neither one acknowledged me standing there!!!) Harley finally checked our room to see that all was clear, wished us a good day and we left. I am an ex hotel receptionist and would never have treated any guest with such contempt !! that , is what I will remember the most about our stay there !!!! And what a sad memory that is for us !

Convenient location near, but not on Queen St. Best of both the worlds. I have cancelled another hotel booking to stay another night at Waldorf Stadium, Auckland on the way back from our NZ holiday.

The apartment was great. Very clean and comfortable and practical. Staff friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our sty thank very much. Only fault I could find was the puddle on the balcony next to air conditioner which I slipped in. It was slimy under the water. No major though!

We had an excellent stay. Our apartment was very comfortable and well equiped as well as very clean. It was serviced regularly. We woun certainly stay there again. We had no complaints, it was very good value and all we could expect.

I booked the room thinking I was going to get a basic studio hotel room. My fiance and I were pleasantly surprised that we had a modern inner city apartment with a cute balcony to enjoy the balmy weather! Lovely.

Very nice apartments, well furnished and comfortable. There was no soap in the soap despensers, a little in the bathroom sink if you tried hard enough but none in the shower. This was quite frustrating as we had to get up extra early and leave so we could shower in the Koru club at the airport. Quite noisy rooms. (road traffic and noisy people on the streets in the middle of the night)

The apartments were great! Modern and very clean - my friends love it and had a good night sleep. The apartment was also very handy to the shops - cafes, bars and supermarket was +-5 minutes walking distance. One of the people at the counter was quite rude - bad day I guess. Also no wireless internet?!

Good location Poor greating by check in staff, and significant hidden costs for provision of extra bed and parking. We provided the number of occupants at the time of booking and expect this to be included in the quoted price!!

Hotel is good, location is great. You have to be aware that if planning to stay less that a week there is no housekeeping for your stay, no cleaning, no dish wash, nothing at all, you are on your own, nobody told us, we just found out when we came back and they todl us. Hotel should change that policy, per the price they charge, housekeeping should be included, no matter how many days you stay
