酒店很舒适，而且是公寓酒店很方便~地理位置很好，在市中心方便去购物。屋内很舒适，喜欢这样的感觉。每个- 房间都有个小阳台，很舒适。

停车位稍微麻烦一点吧，不过还好。

23-25 July 2011::: The hotel is stylish, very well situated close to the city center, shops, view. The two bedrooom appartment 805 is very nice, large, the service was exellent.

25-27 July 2011::: The second appartment that we stayed in, 412 is small, the service was poor, no one came to clean up the room, we had to take our rubbish ourselves, the price for 412 was much higher than for 805? When we checked in the Reception /Duty Manager made a lot of errors, first she charged 3 days instead of 2 days and asked me to sign the amount for 3 days, even though I asked to stay only for two days, Check in 25/07 leaving 27/07, then, while my wife and my daughter were still waiting at the car, she could not take my credit card payment, the device for credit cards was not accepting two of my credit cards and my travel money card, and it was frastrated.

Not that much really, staff were not that helpful at times, maybe you should look at your hotel rating.

Our room was well appointed and the decor nice (although a tad bland possibly). The room was spotless and had everything that we needed and was also surprisingly quiet for it's location.

Harley the receptionist must have been having a bad day when we checked out!!!! My husband had to leave early and was shocked by the surly reception he got in the morning, as was I when we left at 8am. Harley was on the 6th floor at the time, and when my son (10) went to say how nice the place was, he got no reaction !!! We spent a few uncomfortable seconds in the elevator before getting to the ground floor. After he and his collegue discussed whatever the problem was on the 6th floor (neither one acknowledged me standing there!!!) Harley finally checked our room to see that all was clear, wished us a good day and we left. I am an ex hotel receptionist and would never have treated any guest with such contempt !! that , is what I will remember the most about our stay there !!!! And what a sad memory that is for us !

Easy walk to city, clean spacious and comfortable at a reasonable price

We had an excellent stay. Our apartment was very comfortable and well equiped as well as very clean. It was serviced regularly. We woun certainly stay there again.

We had no complaints, it was very good value and all we could expect.

Neat and clean rooms. Staff all friendly. Very convenient.

Friendliness of staff on front desk. Handy location to where we were going. (Vectra) Handy to all amenities. Cleanliness.

Good location

Poor greating by check in staff, and significant hidden costs for provision of extra bed and parking. We provided the number of occupants at the time of booking and expect this to be included in the quoted price!!

Hotel is good, location is great.

You have to be aware that if planning to stay less that a week there is no housekeeping for your stay, no cleaning, no dish wash, nothing at all, you are on your own, nobody told us, we just found out when we came back and they todl us. Hotel should change that policy, per the price they charge, housekeeping should be included, no matter how many days you stay
