Arrived at the hotel after spending a week in a campervan. The campervan drop off was next door, which was very handy. Good sized room and excellent bed, although after a week in a campervan, any bed would have felt good!!! The meal at the restaurant was excellent and the free shuttle to the airport was very efficient.. |

The rooms were well presented, clean & pleasant on first impressions. The dining room was satisfactory as we ate there on the night of our stay. The courtesy bus to the airport was hassle free & on the whole the four of us enjoyed our stay. At the time of booking the website said that the credit card details were only to hold the room & that payment would be taken upon check in or the credit card would be debited if we were a no show. As I booked two rooms (there were 2 couples) it was disappointing upon checking into the hotel to be advised that they had drawn on my credit card for payment for both rooms the night before. The credit card I used on the booking site was one I use on line & is not my normal working credit card. Hence that card (which has a limited balance) was drawn on for 2 rooms & I was not made aware of this fact till after the event. |

The big problem that I had was that your system failed, and they did not receive my booking for 4 Sept. Luckily for you, they has a spare room. This is the last time I will use your system. |

Dicht bij het vliegveld. Beschikbaarheid van shuttle voor halen en brengen van en naar vliegveld. Restaurant met voldoende keuze en goede kwaliteit. Reservering via internet voldeed prima en check in was daardoor snel geregeld. |
