The staff were lovely. We liked having our unit serviced late morning.

The showers had low pressure and changed from hot to cold. I didn't like having our unit serviced after two which happened most days.

we rent and booked 2 bedrooms apt . we notified that we would be there 5 adults and 2 children. the rooms were as expected. 1 room with 3 single beds and another bed room with double bed. and they prepared the sofa bed in the living room to very comfy . i recommend this apartment to whom want to go holiday with family. dont worry they have all necesarry things to cook . laundry is also available ib other sidebof the apArtment.

The staff, we felt like we where a camper or backpacker, rather than a guest staying in one of the top rooms. Paying $230.00 per night you should get better front counter service.they need to remind themselves that there is plenty of motels in te anua offering the same quality rooms, they do have something special the views but just need to back up front counter service to reflect that.

Room was well appointed and comfortable, The location was wonderful, close to the lake and town.

Shower in the bathroom was a shower head out of the wall with no enclosure of any kind. As a result the entire bathroom needed to be wiped down after even a quick shower with water only slightly turned on. The staff at the dest apparently didn't know this was the set up because when I asked if another room had an enclosure the young gentleman helping me told me that they were all the same and that there was a shower curtain to pull around. Nope, no shower curtain only open air.

Everything about the 2 bedroom unit was really good. Great size, direct view of the lake, modern bathroom decor and facilities.

We stayed in a private room (the motel part of the place) and it was big, nice and convenient. The wifi worked just fine for our 2 laptops and 2 mobiles.

spa room needs updating - old bath, leaky taps - would have liked towels. Our room on the west tourist cabins was too public. this could be fixed by allowing each room its own access and pathway instead of the one big deck that encourages everyone to walk on and look into your room as they go past.

Easy spot, no hassles, had all the necessary equip in the room. quiet and good.

nothing against it at all, liked it very much. had a nearby kiddies camp group near me and they were even well behaved.

The rooms are big, clean, airy, comfortable and the views of the lake and the snow capped mountains are spectacular.There was a little problem with our booking but the girls soon sorted that. We really hated to leave this little bit of paradise.

The new units with a great lake view were clean, warm and we enjoyed a great stay. The staff who take care of the day to day cleaning are to be commended.

Poor value for money having regard to the simplicity of the chalets

Very great location and motel rooms have a great lake view, very pretty. The facilities in the motel are new and nice. Rooms are very comfortable. Perfect motels!

Large site. Chalets were well equipped and served their purpose. Only a short lakeside walk into Te Anau. Conveniently located for overnight stops serving Milford Sound.

We stayed twice in three days. The first cabin was on the edge of the park and felt a bit detached and in need of some refurbishment. The second cabin was more central, more modern, and closer to facilities.

Being charged $10 for a shower.

Günstig gelegen, freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das gebuchte Zimmer war nicht verfügbar, haben sofort guten Ersatz bekommen.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lake side units are nicest. The location is perfect for a stop over for Milford Sound.

The rooms need some more maintanance and updating.

We stayed in Marakura studio. No words to describe the view, it was the best angle of view available in Te Anau without any obstruction. If you want view, go for it....no matter what other hotels say. The place was comfortable/contemporary/convenient/clean. Couldn't ask for more. We completely enjoyed our stay.
