We enjoyed staying here because it was handy to Te Papa where we had a function to attend and were able to walk home afterwards. It was comfortable and all that we required. |

Proximity to good restaurants and availability of a car park (at a price) & near Te Papa & the waterfront. Breakfast included was good value. the shower tiles were in need of cleaning or upgrading - the floor tiles particularly had black stained grouting. |

Good location for Te Papa. etc., Sunny, and Central for most things. Pleasant and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Trucks unloading at the New World Store can be noisy, as can other traffic. Fire Station next door !. |

The reception area was very professional and the car park was much appreciated, being so close to the hotel. The rooms did not quite match the reception area |

Central to all that the city has to offer. Suggest more is made of the attractions to Wellington at time of booking. We had a room with an adjoining door to a room next door ( locked of course) I can inform you that this door is not SOUNDPROOF.Every thing that went on until 1 am we could hear very clearly. |

Good price. Excellent location close to city, port and Oriental parade. Easy to get to. Marvelous walks nearby. Close to Mt. Victoria. Would have been good to have a view, but the price was right. |

The staff were helpful. The inclusive breakfast was very good value. The central position was also good. We booked online. There was no view from the rooms we were given [although this would have been a bonus] and the decor was a little tired, some paintwork allowing rust to show through etc. Room design a little dated. |

It is very close to city nightlife and restaurants. It is very cheap and comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Could hear other guests through the walls but nothing too drastic. |

Its location near the waterfront and the views over the city and harbour. Internet wireless access was poor, and expensive. |

The close proximity to Te Papa and the city centre is beneficial along with the reasonable tarriff makes the hotel an ideal one in which to stay. Couldn't find the information brochure - it is apparently under the TV in a drawer ! |
