Staff were most helpful, the place is well appointed for both business and leisure, was clean and comfortable. Lack of colour in the room we (14 yr old son and me) stayed in.

good location don't like being charged $100 bond; implies either I'm not trusted ( and they had a credit card) or their usual clientele can't be trusted - if so, do I want to stay with those sort of people?

It was easy to find on the internet. Its location was excellent, within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. We'd like to stay there again. The reception desk staff were friendly and 'onto it'. Super shower! The bed was a bit too soft,

The location and price was value for money as everything we needed to do was within easy walking distance and the road access to and from the city was direct. We left a report card detailing the lack of basic cleanliness in the bathroom - specifically the toilet area. The remainder of the room was fine except for a build up of dust on picture frames

Very bad hotel, is only 3Star hotel , why your show 3.5Star ? Not clean and very bad environment , the room very small , no sound proof , no door bell , the next 3 door knocking the door also can hear, can't sleep at whole night!

The rooms were lovely and bright, and lovely view. Close to all shops, bars and cafes. Everything was in walking distance.Enjoyable breakfasts. Not to much of a problem, but the fire station close by. Sirens going off several times during the night. I would certainly return to stay.

The hotel is clean, well placed and the staff are very polite and helpful. I have stayed there twice. Some of the rooms are very small, with furniture that needs updating. The foyer is a little drab.

Proximity to so much in Wellington. Staff excellent and friendly. Able to leave our bags before and after stay as flights in and out of Wellington were very different to check in and check out times. Traffic noise. Dirty windows. Double glazing could make a big improvement to noise.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the location is excellent for theatres and restaurants, there is a supermarket across the street, and it is on the waterfront with great access to the city centre.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past and have suggested it to frends. Its location is great for visiting facilities that the city has to offer. We are disappointed that the inexpensive nature of the hotel is compromised by the charging of car parking spaces,

Was quiet, and the location was pretty good, just a few minutes walk to shopping and other attractions. The room wasn't too clean- unidentified gunk on walls and hair stuck to some things, a bit off putting. Quite old looking wall fittings and stuff- definitely not a luxury room, and probably not recommended as someplace you'd want for a romantic getaway. Alright as a budget room for people not too fussed with the accommodation though.
