We found the staff very freindly and professional. They all seem to take pride in their hotel this enthusiasm shines through. We highly reccommend The Langham and we will return. |

Quality of hotel, excellent service, location and ease of accessing downtown Auckland. The complementary city shuttle bus was an excellent feature. We were originally allocated a room that had an incredibly offensive smell (mould and damp). However, once notified, the hotel responded promptly, investigated and moved us to another room. |

Good location..........quality I couldnt work the tv in my room 629. drove me nuts. Also the diner staff asked us at least6 times if things were ok..we had a pre diner burger with my wife ,the interuption seemed constant and unneccessary. |

We felt very pampered in the luxurious room and comfortable bed. I enjoyed the welcome fruit and turkish delight too. The dinner in Partington's Restaurant was outstanding (albeit expensive!) We did not have breakfast at the hotel. The car service was very friendly- note the valet parking is $30 a day. The worst that happened was that the staff forgot to replenish the English Breakfast tea and sugar in the room on one occassion! |

lovely big bed,fresh milk for hot drinks,friendly, helpful service,decor of the lobby. next time I go back I would spend a little more and have a room higher up. Had a little bit of traffic noise.Was also disturbed in the early hours by people shouting in the hallway outside our room. |

Warm, helpful and accommodating staff. Partington's is an excellent 4* restaurant with attentive, professional service and great food. The staff went out of their way to help and provide a room with a great view for NYE Air conditioning not on par with the quality of the hotel. Room fans in short supply when requested. |

Красивый холл с красивой мебелью и суперскими краватями. Этот отель находится через дорогу от старого кладбища. Хорошо было бы указывать такие вещи. В номерах потолки низкие. |
