Very reasonable prices and great value for money. No frills, but nevertheless stylish. Seems to attract young professionals as clientele. |

A fairly standard hotel in a central city location. It was clean, comfortable and a decent price. Our room was quite a walk from reception, down stairs then up stairs. I think that's just the location of the apartments though. We had to ask for our room to be serviced, but to be fair we had keep the "do not disturb" sign up for the 2 days prior. |

Location was great (if you don't mind a small climb), the hotel was very basic, clean and nice in that sense. The room was too hot, did not offer the view I asked for and there was nothing in the minibar except for a half empty wine bottle. |

The modern facilities and the ability to have a meal in your room and to do washing/drying if you felt like it! Parking is the only issue which means the $25 valet parking each night |

I liked the kitchen facilities, bedrooms, view from the balconies, everything except the cacky green colour on the one wall in the living room! The only thing that puzzled me was the small opening in the shower. A bigger person would not be able to get in the shower. Was it mal-functioning or always like that? The meal I ordered... quiche was not very nice for the money I thought. |

I liked the front staff and the design of the hotel and how close it was to where I needed to be in Auckland. I thought it was upscale without being uptight! um the corridors are quite narrow |

The bed is extememly comfortable! Great pillows, the location of the Hotel is fantastic I have stayed at the Quadrant several times for work and pleasure, request a room that has a view! made this mistake on last visit and all i could see from my balcony was staff from the Hyatt smoking on their breaks in the ally way |

I enjoyed the interior design & decor features. It was fun having the buzz of people around with the bar being just off the main entrance. I liked how the room felt more like an apartment than a hotel room including having a kitchen & clothes washing machine. The balcony had great views. My room was not totally soundproof from noise in the corridor |

We loved the location, so central. The staff were very helpful and obliging, this was the case from check-in to room service to check out. We stayed in room 502 and the noise was awful. Car alarms going off during the night repeatedly |

The room (economy apartment) was a good size for a weekend break. The balcony with French doors was really nice to have and made the room feel a lot airier. And the entrance to the hotel is very inviting; with flowers, room freshener, candles at night and lounge music playing. The location was really good – in the centre, but far away enough not to be awoken at night. The fact it is on the top of a small hill did not bother us. When we checked in (at 3pm) the staff did not know whether the room was ready (even though they are supposed to guarantee that rooms are ready by 3pm. We had to wait for about 10 mins before being told it was ready. The staff in general seemed quite disorganised and a little bit unfriendly. The bar man was really quite rude and there seemed to be a dispute going on between him and other bar staff member, which made us feel quite uncomfortable. Our room was very slightly on the grubby side (mirror had marks on it, inside of freezer and work surface both needed a wipe-down), and the carpet did not look well-vacumed. |

Modern, clean. The reception staff had to deal with queues of people at all times of the day. They were often on the phone. They were pleasant and helpful, but the reception counter could not cope efficiently, |

The food at the room service was reasonalbe and quite good. The price was ok. There wasn't washing machian, although when I made the booking they mentioned that there is a washing machian. They need to provide extra channels in the tv. The price of the Internet was a bit expensive. According to the capacity of the download or surving. The location was on the top on the hill which made it a bit hard to get around from the center. |
