Proximity to city centre and restaurants and shops - easy walk. Easy to locate. Helpful staff. Onsite dining if required. Well appointed apartments, comfotable - great to have Wifi included. Good value for money for city centre. Modern. I didn't understand when bookingon line that our rooms were on a diffferent site to our family (who booked from UK) - we were able to upgrade (at our cost though) so we could be situated closer together. Although I put this on the reservation it was obviously ignored until I asked to be moved close to my relatives. |

Staff were attentive and friendly without being pushy or insincere. Quadrant does not have a customer feedback form. The food was very average. |

24 hour check in helpful, services pretty good. I didn't like that 2 of the 4 pieces of fitness equipment in the gym were broken. It was hard to know what services would be in the room eg only some rooms have washing machine/drier. |

Great location The duvet didn't have a cover on it and it also had a condeming looking stain on the duvet. The bed was all made nicely on arrival with a bed spread etc, it was just that we noticed the stain later. |

The Quadrant is a mid-size, new and clean hotel/apartment. Our apartment has harbour and mountain views. The Queen size bed is very comfortable but pillows are too soft. Our Executive One Bedroom Apartment is cosy and well laid out. Hotel and housekeeping staffs are friendly, quick and efficient. It is a 5 minutes walk to Queen Street which is Auckland's city centre main eating and shopping strip. Once you get to Queen Street, everything else is within easy reach. Getting back to the hotel from the city centre is a little harder as you would need to walk uphill. Love the block out curtains. Overall a good and happy feel staying at The Quadrant. I would stay at this hotel again as it is well maintained, new and clean. The bathroom is really small and hard to move around and would not be comfortable for bigger size guests. The bathroom sink is very small. The room's lighting is not too bright as energy saving bulbs are used. The flat screen TV is good but mounted a bit too high on the wall to watch at a comfortable level. |

The location was close to the city. Had a gym, spa and sauna. Was a self contained unit A couple of the Gym equipment was out of order. The spa and sauna is in too a public space and the hours opened is too short. The area was closed 30 min before the official closing time. The room was dirty with an empty ice holder in the fridge with rice leftovers from who knows how old. The shower rose sliding bar is loose from the wall. The worm water fluctuated between cold and hot. This is probably from a lack of a ring feed water supply. This would occur if another guest opens a tap etc. |

Perfect location to discover downtown Auckland. Only drawback: valet parking is 25 NZD per day, everything else is just perfect. Clean, friendly, modern, excellent location, very friendly staff. |

The ease of booking and the hassel free attitude of the staff, making the hole experiance very relaxing. The lighting in the bathroom was very dim, made tasks like shaving or putting on make up difficult. |

I'ts within walking distance to the city..if you dont mind hills We arrived at this hotel after a 12 hour flight from L.A we were told that our room wasn't ready (fair enough it was 10:00 am) they told us that we were priority and to grab a coffee from the coffee shop we had a coffee and went back to reception at 1:30 pm over three hours later we got into our room with a lovely view of the hotel next doors rubbish bins. During this time we didn't complain we had no special requests we just wanted a room. Worst of all after such a huge wait there was no offer of appology just a call from reception and a "Your on level 6". The room was small butOK, the shower temperature had a mind of it's own. I'm not one to slag hotels but the service was appalling. |

Very reasonable prices and great value for money. No frills, but nevertheless stylish. Seems to attract young professionals as clientele. |

A fairly standard hotel in a central city location. It was clean, comfortable and a decent price. Our room was quite a walk from reception, down stairs then up stairs. I think that's just the location of the apartments though. We had to ask for our room to be serviced, but to be fair we had keep the "do not disturb" sign up for the 2 days prior. |

Location was great (if you don't mind a small climb), the hotel was very basic, clean and nice in that sense. The room was too hot, did not offer the view I asked for and there was nothing in the minibar except for a half empty wine bottle. |

The modern facilities and the ability to have a meal in your room and to do washing/drying if you felt like it! Parking is the only issue which means the $25 valet parking each night |
