2nd time we have stayed here. Love the beds, and rooms are very clean and tidy with everything you require. Great food from room service. Excellent sauna and spa. Staff were awesome. We rate this hotel very highly and will stay again. Walking distance from main city centre. Parking as always in Auckland is expensive. |

The free wireless Internet access. the cleanliness of the room, the room service breakfast. Lack of signage when exiting the lifts to show which way my room was. The hike to the lifs from reception. Felt the ramp was quite slippery |

We only stayed the night however found the staff very helpful. We had dinner downstairs in what seemed the lobby and enjoyed a very amazing stake and fish very enjoyable with a bottle of red wine. I was however concerned about the wine glasses in the room which were not clean at all would be nice if they were however things like this do happen. |

Sam the barman was outstanding. His knowledge of beverages was unsurpassed. The hotel design in itself is fabulous. After leaving the foyer you cross a bridge like structure to the secluded luxury beyond. The zen garden, water features and artworks make the stay a further delight. Valet Parking was seamless, thanks Tom. Room wasn't ready for our 4pm arrival, but then all was forgiven as it had just had new carpets laid. |

Room was tidy nothing flash, but comfortable and you had everything you needed by far. Good Hotel and would recommend. The gym was very small and the price of parking is expensive, if your driving and dont want to par on the street be aware, it is Auckland and like all hotels it about 25 a night for parking |

although a little expensive, the food and beverage available at the hotel was fantastic the adjoining bathroom in our two bedroom suite (room 1604) was extremely small, hard to navigate, with very little counter space ... also, in the main area, there was no coffee table next to the sofa nor end tables, and the dining table had slots punched out of it (an extremely poor design choice from a practicality standpoint) ... |

Stylish lobby, small but well designed room, useful kitchen, DVD player. No build-in heating in the room - only a column heater on wheels, and a fan. Took up space in a small room. Location is a bit of a hassle - up a steep hill - but there's a 50c bus ride from Queen St. |

I loved that the room was very clean,I work in a hotel in Blenheim and am relocating to Auckland.I was very impressed with the reception staff as were extremely helpful and pleasant.I will definately stay here again. The onlt thing that was missing was a rubbish bin in the room. |

Clean tidy and close to resturants and Vector stadium. Room not ready when we arrived at 5pm. Double charged on visa a/c, but then did credit back. Parking poor as when car delivered back had crack in front windscreen. Was not damaged prior. $475 to replace. |

did not have much time there to explore but will definitely stay again. excellent beds and rooms. really impressed with overall experience. charged before we stayed there. Car parking $ was expensive but understand this is Auckland standard. |

It was cheep , the hotel was clean The staff in the hotel were ok , not so friendly. the happening that our room we stayed was not cleaned proprerly. The equipment in the kitchen was not enough to cook. The room was really small. |
