The Quadrant is in comfortable walking distance of many attractions. The beds (single) were unexpectedly comfortable. The shower massage was lovely.

The 'bathroom' was very small with basically no room to move once the door was closed. The heat pump was quite smelly when on heat setting - obviously not used in that mode very often - was great on cool though.

The Hotel was very comfortable, convenient, good value for money and the service was excellent. I was especially impressed with the cleaning of our room and compliment you on your staff. Our stay was enjoyable and we look forward to coming back soon.

The washing machine/dryer was not efficient and we had trouble getting our clothes dry. This was a problem since we were there for two weeks. I would suggest that for those of us who stay for longer than a few days, some sort of storage for folded clothes would be desirable. Perhaps in some of your other rooms this is not a problem, but staff could be aware of this when bookings are made and suggest different accommodation. These things are not complaints, just suggestions and will not prevent us from staying at the Quadrant in future.

Clean. On one occasion we has a male staff member at the front desk who provided good service and seemed to know what he was doing. Around the corner from an excellent Thai Restaurent. Access to a wide selection of good shops and the bay.

Bathrom in particular was very squeezy. No bench area to put toilet bags on. Table in the room had holes in it - not a flat or solid surface. Brick wall view from window. Breakfast was very average. Disliked the 'open to the passage and all passers by' feel to the meals area - not cosy or restful. Card system for lift was not easy. Each other time(several) staff appeared disinterested (eg we stood unattended at the desk while several continued in discussion) or seemed not to know the role very well. That is, they had to ask another staff member (who was attending to another customer) what to do.

Was bang in he middle of town.

Wont be staying there again. It was OK but the bathroom was the sized of a shoe box and the closet barely fit my 1 suit. Don't know what I would have done for space if was staying more than 1 day. Also the shower alternated between cold and scalding constantly (note thi wasn't just my shower - I mentioned it to my colleague who was staying in another room and he said he had the same experience).

Everything about the Quadrant was excellent. The location is perfect as it is within easy walking distance to the main attractions. The accommodation was very comfortable and the breakfasts were the best we had in our 4 week tour of North Island.

Nice place and beds. The little kitchen was nice !

I like everything but I thnik you could be ever more green (water aerator for exemple, or tea/coffee organic and fair trade in the rooms).

Washing m/c would not work & no one could get it to work!!!! & its new The in house tv did not work & no one offered any alternative As we booked early the money was taken from our account then & not when we arrived or near to the date Very Poor

Great location to downtown and Albert Park. Easy walk to large new grocery store.

View, shower, bed, free internet, staff, balcony

The elevators where a bit annoying, one day we have do wait for 15 minutes
