It is really comfortable, excellent lake view. Large room with luxury spar. A good choice for holiday in Queenstown. We really wanted to have dinner at the Franch restaurant in the hotel, but it did not open at Sunday and Monday.. |

large room, deco very sleek and excellent spa bath, very efficient restaurant manager who was also the solo waiter and wine sommelier in the full restaurant booked a mountain view room but it is really a room looking across other hotel rooms with small mountain tops at a distance above the block of hotel rooms, would have to draw the binds for privacy all the time, had to pay extra $50 a night for a lake view and privacy, would be more accurate to advertise room with no view, requested room to be serviced before lunch as I require to return to the room to do some work , the request could not not be confirmed by reception because housekeeping might be very busy |

great view, lovely rooms, very friendly young woman looking after breakfast. the foyer system for the rooms does not work. every time a 'neighbour' enters and leaves the room it vibrates through the adjoining rooms. when the 'neighbours' and their unhappy children are up early and leaving for an early flight - it is so noisey you may as well get up and help them. I am not too sure how to fix it but some sound attenuation and softer closing mechanisms may help. |

The location, quiet, private, fantatsic for a getaway, will come again The only issue was the fact that our unit was not cleaned well and after advising reception it still was not done to my satisfaction i.e dusting was not done dail. |

Room upgraded to Lake View which was so nice that I stayed 5 days instead of the original planned 3. Room itself had very comfortable sitting areas and bed and was very spacious. It is about a mile out of the town centre so you need to take this into account. The access to the rooms is a bit confusing and 'concrete jungle' but you have your own front door into the room/apartment. Also the ramp access to the car park is very steep but it is on the side of a mountain. |

Beautiful lakeside view, lovely walk alongside lakeshore into town, excellent restaurant - one of the best meals in NZ. Staff were very helpful and can book activities for you at no extra charge. Room clean was a bit hit and miss, and their room service is only just starting up and is a bit limited. |

Lake and mountain front room with picturesque view. We booked a lake view hotel unit, but the room is smaller than the one showed in picture. Located in remote area with 3km away from the downtown, but no suttle service. In additon, there is no pool and no wifi in the room ($5/per hour for cable internet). |

A fantastic place to stay at: brandnew rooms with absolutely stunning seaview from the bed, and floor heating in the bathroom :-) Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Such luxury comes at a price... You should also be prepared that the hotel is a bit away from the city centre so you might have to use a car or taxi. |

the hotel is really well designed and stylish. furniture and bathroom all tidy and new. the views from the room and lobby and restaurant are magnificient! + very friendly staff maybe a little bit far from the city, but it may be an advantage as well (closer to airport, nice view on mountains); |

Had a problem with room at check-in. Problem very well handled by staff. Came away with a very good opinion of the hotel. Numbering of buildings/floors/rooms is confusing. Had to find your way around. |

3 bedroom apartment was excellent except for smaller room with no view or windows - claustrophobic. Beautiful views - modern and well furnished and designed Most staff were great but met one at the front desk on our check in - youg blond NZ girl who was rude and offensive. |

New Hotel, luxury rooms, nice size with balcony, bigger rooms are the apartments and great views of the lake, modern design. The hotel is located about 1.5 miles from the town without any shuttle bus, either Taxi or public transport (last bus 9.30pm) The grounds near the lake need completing from the recent build |

The furnishings of our room were visually very nice and the room was large. Great view of lake and mountains. Bed was too soft, no place alocated for suitcases in the room, poor signage on exterior walkway/stairs area-seemed unfinished, no menu for restaurant in room and insufficient information given regarding breakfast/dinner service. No sauna. Gym-quickly thrown together affair in a guest room- untidy ? if cleaned regularly. |
