Hotel location was good. We enjoyed our stay but bathroom needed updating. Food in the restaurant was fine.
Staff is very friendly and cooperative.
Staff was friendly
The dirty carpet made my skin crawl.
No free Wifi
Close to everything. Shops, restaurants and water taxis.
Only had one channel
Not a lot maybe location
The room had two double beds,no where to fit guests, the oldest room we have ever had and will not be staying there again,$300 for two nights it was a rip of ,no wTer in the pool bbq wasn't working absolute waste of money
View is brilliant from the top floor
would have thought that the TV would have had a better reception and more than just 5 channels. Fresh Milk in the fridge instead of long life punnets
Room was good
they could have free wifi. tv channels were poor
The situation was good, couple of minutes walk to the sea and harbour.
The bed was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly.
Lack of space on the balcony in our superior room, also no sun on the balcony all day even tho the sun was shining brightly. The meal we had in the restaurant was inedible, lucky we weren't charged for it. Also missed out on breakfast 1 morning as they had cleared away long before the 10am time stated.
the location was good
don't think we got value for our money. feel like we got mislead via the pictures online.
Great location, great views, rooms great and staff very helpful .
Needed more choices for dinning menu. Wine needs to be served by the glass.
When I book is said there was a heated pool when we arrive the pool was empty. Not Happy
Location. Dining room
Nobody there. TV didn't work correctly. Ridiculous cost for the internet.
Everyone of the staff we met were so friendly and helpful and couldn't do more for us. Very comfy room and bed.
Enjoyed our stay, comfortable accommodation, great breakfast, good location, wonderfull staff.
I liked: Size of the room. Size of the bathroom. Bedside lighting.
When we arrived at 7pm, the sole staff member was dividing her time between the desk and the restaurant. The bathroom light-switch is located outside the bathroom, meaning that the entire bedroom is bathed in light, waking the other sleeper. The room should not have been described as having a Port view - it is not visible from 80% of the room. No obvious directions to access the elevator.
Nice fresh bed sheets and towels.
The TV reception was diabolical and we had to watch the semi finals of MKR through a snow mist. Did ask to change rooms but the same thing was happening on other room TV. This was important to us as we relax this way. The room was a corner one and lacked natural light.
Room was large and well appointed with a very modern bathroom. There was a small terrace off the main room which had an excellent view of the Harbour. Booking out was fast and efficient.
Attitude of the reception clerk who was unhelpful and disinterested when booking in on Sunday afternoon. Single lift on different level and a long way from reception. Although advertised as apartments there was no kitchen facilities or eating utensils. Restaurant appeared to be open with very limited hours.
The view, location.
No under cover parking, broken television, open balcony to other apartments, quite noisy.
Amazing views from the restaurant and from the room, great food and wine in the restaurant for dinner, super comfortable beds, lovely bathroom, all around great room!
it was the middle of winter, and the pool/spa wasn't cleaned, so I didn't venture in. Continental breakfast at $16 not worth it, go to the cafes on the shore
We were the only guests staying overnight and the staff made us feel very special, because it was our 40th wedding anniversary.
Very friendly people on reception. Very helpful. Nice view
The mattress was not the best. I left a message to get it turned over Poor TV Reception
