Score from 164 reviews Exceptional
The location. The big lawn.
The extensive mould in the bathroom.
Bed a bit soft
Choice of TV channels
Very little traffic noise.
Parking was tight
Nice quiet location. No street noise or from other guests. Good access and parking
Very peaceful location. Serenaded constantly by tui. Friendly and helpful staff.
clean tidy comfortable close to centre and racecourse
Location is good - rooms were warm, the bed was comfortable and there was a comfortable couch in the lounge. The Manager was very pleasant.
The fittings were old (shower, shower curtain, bathroom hand-basin. The fridge was elderly and the stove was in a bad state (a 'void' where the inside of the warming drawer should have been. Kitchen cupboards needed painting. A wardrobe taken up by the ironing board; no drawer space for clothes. It all screamed out for an upgrade and basic TLC. We felt it was overpriced for the quality of the chattels..
Bed was hard and it was cold
The quiet location
Just couldn't get the wifi going but not a big deal
Quiet, pleasant, convenient location. Not too commercial feeling. Helpful management.
Dated and the oven had not been cleaned since someone burnt something in it.
Considerate owner. Cleanliness. Quiet situation, but close enough to CBD
value for money, kitchen facilities, extra beds, warm and cosy free wifi, good parking with a scenic walk though not too safe in the winter, close to town and very quiet
shower was average, and dodgy keyhole
Very comfortable, large units, great value for money, lots of local info in room inc dining guide, on lovely tree lined quiet street with river walk. A+
The kitchen facilities were adequate. Good to have couch & small table.
The place was poorly heated. It was very cold. I had to wear all my woolly clothes and down jacket whilst inside even with the poor heating system in the room. The other heater they had in the cupboard did not work. I only saw staff member at check in and he gave information but was disinterested and bored.
the peace and quiet.
the shadow glass front doors and no ability to pull a curtain across them. They allow too much light and cold in.
It was very convient in location as I had come for a funeral and the rellies live next door.
Nothing! very comfortable even if a little dated
no frills no nasty surprises very clean comfortable bed what more could a guest want?
Would have liked better heating for the rooms
great location and good value, especially with nice upgrade
Private and quiet location. Close to city and parks.
location and bush setting
water pressure in shower
Was close to venue we were attending a concert at.
Is old and needs refurbishment. We could not get key to work the lock easily. Bed most uncomfortable, and the price that we had to pay because of shortage of accomodation that weekend. I do not mind paying $200.00 for superior accomodation but this was a rip off.
Location to Bowl of brooklands
Stained duvet covers and no milk was offered" or in the fridge for morning coffee..
Warm welcome, clean functional well equipped unit. Breakfast acceptable. Well positioned.
The motel is somewhat dated however this did not detract from our stay. This said the two bedroom apartment offered value for money.
