Good tv, plenty of beds, clean, staff obliging & friendly Internet access was unusuable, either slow or non-existent - advert said free broadband (not 3g) access

Easy to find Easy to get into an out Shop close by Couldn't get the heater to go Had to move the TV so we could both watch it Fire alarm went off from the steam from the shower

The shower is the only thing worth mentioning, good pressure. Yes, the room was clean but that's pretty much it. My first contact with this facility was in the late 80's and NOTHING about the rooms has changed. We have stayed in this facility a few times over the years and the only thing to change is the PRICE TAG. Parking is good, as it is directly at your front door. Really liked the fact one entrance was locked at night.

Close proximity to where I neede to be. I noticed some of the flooring in the bath area coming away from the walls.
