Just 5 minutes’ walk from Westport Train Station, Tripinn Hostel YHA features free Wi-Fi, free bicycle rental and BBQ facilities. Guests have access to a communal kitchen and 2 guest lounges with a TV. YHA Tripinn Hostel Westport is 4 minutes’ drive from Carters Beach and the popular Coaltown Museum. Westport Airport is a 12-minute drive away. The tour desk can provide sightseeing advice and book cave rafting trips. The accommodations and hosts were top-notch. We don't often stay in hostels, but will more after this experience. There was a large kitchen and 2 bathrooms right next to our room. The place was very clean and friendly. I would highly recommend TripInn for the price.

All was great,easy location to find,good off road parking,with cameras operating.The rooms were clean,and the beds comfortable,kitchen very well equipted.Great stay. Some girls staying at the same time left their dishes and frying pan in the sink.Annoying to think that people would do that.

The owners are friendly and the communal kitchen is clean and well run. The hostel is in a beautiful historic home, with a bbq area and a nice garden. I appreciated the nice free parking area too. If you book directly, specifically avoid room 13. It is directly across from a communal toilet and shower and sink. The toilet door slammed dozens of times daily, the hallway frequently smelled like a toilet, people sang in the shower, and the sink attached to the exterior wall of the room reverberates through room 13 like a drum when water is running. So the noise got to me, even though the proprietor suggested that so few people would use that particular communal area that I would not notice. In fact, many people used that area and I should have pushed harder for a room change. Also, room 13 is not a twin room with two twin beds. It has a double bed with a mattress and a bunk bed with a foam pad down and a mattress up. We expected two twin beds, which we felt is generally the meaning of a twin room.
