we think the staff at tuscany villas a wonderful. Rooms are nice and clean there are in good place in rotorua to evey thing . In all it was a great stay. we recommend it to anyone traveling to Rotorua.

We love the aparment and the easy accessibility to everything else in Rotorua. The owner managers are very friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean and we would have love to stay another night if available.

Everything about the place, one of the best we have stayed in. Plenty of space and very clean, fresh and modern.

It is clean and comfortable, though the mattress was a bit firm for us. Very pleasant staff.

The lack of natural light in the bathroom.

This was a lovely, modern and spacious apartment - very smart and spotlessly clean. It was one of the best of 16 different apartments we stayed at in New Zealand and we changed our holiday itinerary so we could stay an extra night here. Very friendly and helpful owners who were clearly, and justifiably, proud of their apartments.

The staff were lovely, courteous and extremely helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, lovely fluffy towels and bed linen, extremely comfortable bed and the spa baths a real treat. The cleaners worked to a high standard and were really pleasant Well done Trinity Villas we would definitely stay again

Great welcome and service-tidy clean and roomy

The staff were excellent upgrading our room at no cost .All rooms were spotless and very well laid out ,the spa pools were large and filled quickly .will certainly stay again when in Rotorua

The first thing we noticed was the friendly staff at the front counter. They were so helpful with things to do and nothing was too much trouble. Had a great stay.

Probably the steps up to the top floor rooms.

Great room in regard to size and furnishing. Staff was extrmely friendly , courteous, professional and helpful.Facilites, including the grounds were very clean and well kept. It was a good location for the activities that we had chosen and in a good area of the city.

View was not the greatest but that was no a distraction.

The kitchen was invaded by ants so you need to store everything in the fridge, you need to drive 2 minutes to the city center.

Tamelijk ver van het centrum met de leuke restaurantjes (dik 2,5 km).

Excellent accueil et conseils avisés qui nous ont permis de gagner beaucoup de temps.

Motel situé non loin d'une route très fréquentée, donc relativement bruyant la nuit.

Powerful hot tub, very relaxing. Friendly staff.

During our short stay in Rotorua, the weather there was fantastic. However it also meant we had hot nights. There were fans in the rooms but personally we thought it was not cooling enough. Air conditioning even just in the lounge room would have made a big difference. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

Great room for price

Room sould have had another spare blanket, light fittings and corrner areas should be cleaned. We had ants after leaving a cup out overnight 0 should have been warned that there is a ant problem in the area
