The service in the Dining room was very good. Breakfast was good.Leaving was a relief, Several reasonable complaints were made to the reception.We only stayed for one of the two prepaid nights. |

We were travelling with my parents and we had paid for these rooms for sometime, so it was disappointing they had a room full of young girls who were placed in the room between us. They talked loudly had the TV up loud and very fighting, with one girl sitting outside our door crying. The next night we were give other rooms after asking. |

This was ideal for us as we arrived on a very late flight from Australia and we could be processed easily and did not have to hurry out in the morning as our rental car was arranged by reception to be brought to the hotel. |

Really liked the friendly helpful staff, the cleanliness, and although we didn't have time to use many of the facilities I was very impressed and they would be a factor in choosing to stay again. |

The helpful people at the front desk In future, to not cause late night changes to rooms, you may want to consider not placing a family with a baby in the adjoining rooms of other hotel stayers. |

The room service dinners were excellent. I was surprised how good. Too far from downtown. Not suitable for anyone who could not walk up a very steep hill. Rooms were very basic and cramped. |

Great special of $49 per night especially at a time when 'Miss Saigon' show was running. Didn't like the fact that smoke could be smelt in a non smoking room. |

Hotel staff were professional and efficient and williong to assist with a pleasant stay Personally I liked the location with views over the city and port. However, it may be a little challenging walking to the hotel from the city for some clients as up hill for walking |

The hotel is nice and close to town - the staff were friendly. The toiletries were nice and the shower gel smelled great. They had a car park available so could park off the road. We tried to check in at 3.30pm but were told that our room was still being cleaned and could we go away and came back in half an hour? According to their board we should have been able to check in any time after 2pm. They seemed to be understaffed at times - was a queue to check out. Unfortunately our room overlooked the forecourt so we were woken several times in the night with car doors slamming and buses starting up which was annoying. - if I stayed again I would request a room higher up and on the other side. |
