The reception desk staff were quite efficient but could use more smile and be more friendlier (can struck conversation with guest easily and naturally). On the guest privacy aspect Mercure Wellington is perfect. It is a distant away from the city centre |

An extra elevator for hotel guests to avoid biggest part of climbing to the hill. Location at the hill required steep climb. Price was ok for a hotel room in Wellington, but I like that an apartment in the city centre would offer more for the same amount of money. |

Our stay was very enjoyable, all the staff were pleasant and professional our room was comfortable & we will certainly stay again. We chose this hotel for the location to be close to our friends apartment. Our trip was to celebrate our friends special birthday, we had a wonderful time. The bathroom is small but ok. My suggestion would be to remove the bath and only have a shower. |

Quick room service, nice swimming pool althought we didn't get to use it, The seating for our evening meal, all bunched up near the window, found it a little cool so had to move seats around. |

This was our first visit to wellington. We enjoyed the location of the hotel, as we could see where it was on the skyline.A good brisk walk into town, and good value for money. I liked to have a swim in the mornings. The small lift seemed a bit dodgy, and one time when we returned back, it wasnt working. we had to walk right around to the front entrance as the ph. wasnt working. It was raining. The small lift |

Good views on to city. Outstanding buffet breakfasts with huige variety. High standars of evening meals. Key cards sometimes troublesome, especially the timing of sliding the card and openinjg door. Would help is usher came up, showed us how to do the above. |

The friendly, helpful staff, the privacy and the stunning gourmet food in the restaurant, which was a real treat. We were looking to affordably spoil ourselves after a difficult family time and this was perfect in every way. No - it was all wonderful - perhaps a Sunday Paper would have been nice |

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were great and the service was excellent. We ate breakfast and dinner and they were of a very high quality even though we dinned very late at night. A great location for shopping, cafes and our wedding venu. Thankyou. |

Close to the inner city. Excellent reception and dining room staff. Good view of city. Mouldy net curtains, chipped tiles in bathroom & a tired bathroom, old toilet cistern when promoting water conservation, grubby arms on armchairs, stained bed covers, sliding door of wardrobe did not glide easily. Sorry to be so honest but thought these things would be assessed regularly to maintain high standards. |

staff very friendly; excellent breakfast buffet, in the city-view restaurant; room service very good, high value for price, good service. fitness center really minimal; sauna completely useless (not able to warm up); internet with serious data trafic limitation (100 MB per day), charged extra on the already high connection fee |

Hotel on a hill, close to Cuba-street. Hotel rooms are a bit older, squeezed 2 king beds in a room which is actually too small for that. |

Die Zuvorkommenheit der Mitarbeiter, vor allem im Restaurantbereich, hat uns sehr erfreut. Ein russischer Kellner, der perfekt Deutsch sprach und von ausgesuchter Höflichkeit war, kann begeistern. |
