felt a bit run down

We were travelling with my parents and we had paid for these rooms for sometime, so it was disappointing they had a room full of young girls who were placed in the room between us. They talked loudly had the TV up loud and very fighting, with one girl sitting outside our door crying. The next night we were give other rooms after asking.

Very good value for money, spacious comfortable room and the staff were very friendly.

This was ideal for us as we arrived on a very late flight from Australia and we could be processed easily and did not have to hurry out in the morning as our rental car was arranged by reception to be brought to the hotel.

Really liked the friendly helpful staff, the cleanliness, and although we didn't have time to use many of the facilities I was very impressed and they would be a factor in choosing to stay again.

I liked the fact that the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful.

I felt that the rooms and especially the bathrooms appeared a little tired.

Dining area was good however dinner meal very disappointing. The service for the duration of the meal was very good.

The room service dinners were excellent. I was surprised how good.

Too far from downtown. Not suitable for anyone who could not walk up a very steep hill. Rooms were very basic and cramped.

We stayed only one night and in that very short time it ticked the boxs for the price.

Rooms basic, noisy guests and noise from outside meant little sleep.

The hotel is nice and close to town - the staff were friendly. The toiletries were nice and the shower gel smelled great. They had a car park available so could park off the road.

We tried to check in at 3.30pm but were told that our room was still being cleaned and could we go away and came back in half an hour? According to their board we should have been able to check in any time after 2pm. They seemed to be understaffed at times - was a queue to check out. Unfortunately our room overlooked the forecourt so we were woken several times in the night with car doors slamming and buses starting up which was annoying. - if I stayed again I would request a room higher up and on the other side.
