Room was spacious and clean. Laundry facilities good. Staff very helpful. Bed will probably need replacing in the near future.

We stayed at 16 hotels in New Zealand. This is one of a very few that has a computer for guests to use to access the internet free of charge. Most other hotels don't offer any internet services to people who don't carry their own computer. This one clearly goes a step beyond all the others to provide what travelers need.

Good value for money. Gave us some milk on arrival - friendly staff. Unit was clean - some reviews say its dated - I guess it is as such but in no way did this detract from a wonderful pleasant stay and also considering the price you are not going to get the Ritz Tea / coffee making facilities with small fridge and microwave and oven top - crockery and cutlery all there. Nice environs - small playground, each unit had outside seating. Bed was comfortable. Usual tv channels Plenty of parking Nothing in particular - very happy for the money we paid

Good sized unit, comfortable beds and kept very clean No Sky tv The outside lights left on all night made sleeping in one room impossible as the light shone right in your eyes all night

After a long cycle ride booked for the bubbly hot spa (as advertised). Spa disappointingly tepid. Stayed in there for less than 5 minutes. Shower pressure miserable. Worried the heater would fall off the wall.

location to where i wanted to be. As ever, with all bnb's, the hard mattress was an endurance test. Nice couple runnign the place, but ... God-awful mattress.

The family unit was excellent value for money, very clean, very comfortable beds, quiet and private. We were pleasantly surprised. The floor was uneven, but this was a minor problem.

Very clean and tidy. Quiet location. Reasonable tariff for what you got. No remote for the TV only one for free view so were unable to change the input to access HDMI port. Pet friendly motel?? - which is great if you have one or like animals, not so great if you don't !

Parking was good. Beds were clean and comfortable. Shower was good. Towels were good and replaced daily. Plenty of room in toilet, shower and bathroom.TV a good size. kitchen area well equipped. Sound proofing between units excellent. No dvd player. No sports channels. Had to ask for 3rd towel even though we had said we would have a 12 year old with us. When towels were replaced for 3rd day there were only two. Despite this we would recommend and use again.

The room had everything that we needed. The Carpet was very tired and in the main bedroom was lumpy and uneven all over. The Couch was very tired also and in need of updating.
