The close proximity to Vector Arena which was our destination for the evening. Felt it looked a little tired and needed a refurbish in our room - rotting above the shower for instance.It was also very noisy - not sure if there was a party on the floor above or if it was from outside. |

Staff were Friendly and reasonably accomadating. Yes stayed in room 111 nice room. Only problem was there must be some kind of Night club very close by and the music was very loud. I didn't get any sleep what so ever. Was still going at 8am in the morning although was a little quiter at that stage. |

It was in a great location, easy to walk to everything in the city. My room had a leak in the bathroom, the staff did not seem that bothered about it. There is not enough room in the loading zone when waiting for valet parking, only three cars can fit. |

Being in downtown Auckland I was near all that I needed for that trip. Its location is its main selling feature. My room smelled badly of cigarete smoke inspite of your non smoking signs and should be been aired out properly prior to reletting |

Lage,Preis Beim Ankunft wollten mich ins andere Hotel schicken wegen overbooking,was ich kategorisch abgelehnt habe.Ich habe dann ein fensterloses Zimmer bekommen,bzw ein Innenfenster zu einem storage room.Das Zimmer war schmutzig,Frühstück unter Kritik,das Hotel ist total heruntergekommen,nur die Lage ist gut.Aber das Weiterschicken ,angeblich hätten sie mich nicht erreichen können!!! |
