Very calm and quiet, great relaxation time
Staff are nice, faculties are good, pretty average looking hostel. Beds are not the cleanest but there Was Limited choice in Mt.Cool and this host had everything we needed. We had a Double room and she's bathroom and kitchen which worked out fine. Was Reasonably valued. Would Stay again
Everything: Free wifi Excellent staff Great location Good facilities.
The best YHA I have ever seen.
We stayed for one night only( Next time we will book a week!)
perhaps a bit too small?
The wall is not soundproof and I can hear noise from toilet and people talking from other rooms.
Wifi works fine Friendly staffs It was easy to find the hostel Big and clean communal kitchen and dining are Sauna available for free
The mattress was very uncomfortable Tiny room(no place to put down ur stuff even!) No lockers in the room - there are paid lockers outside of the building for around $2
Very Clean, amazing kitchen with everything you need. So good to have a sauna after walking. Bed is very comfortable. Free wifi for all guests.
If you can provide tea bags would be great.
Very good location, friendly staff, free wifi, nice and quiet atmosphere, big kitchen with lots of utensils. The best hostel I stayed at while in NZ.
The room was comfortable. Nice view from the bed.
The walls had absolutely no sound proofing! We could hear every noise from our neighbour.
The clean place with many opportunities to interact with other travellers. Best kitchen experience and facilities.
Nothing much really
Location, great kitchen, helpful desk staff, comfortable areas to relax. Very accommodating
A bit pricey compared to other hostels
Very helpful staff. Good facilities
Beautiful mountain view from the room
beautiful scenic around hostel
Nice staff and kitchen area. Lovely views from the rooms.
View of mountains from bedroom window
Hostel had very little food for sale, and ran oUt of basics like milk for our two days there. Not other shop in village
The views are undoubtedly the best! I arrived here at night and I didn't know exactly what the landscape would look like and what I saw out of the window just after I woke up was breathtaking! It's a lovely spot and a great place to spend a few days relaxing or even more time! :)
I liked everything. The only thing I didn't like was leaving the place
No frills, a hostel is a hostel
hope to have more bathrooms to cut the wait.
Staff, atmosphere, design, fire, communal guitars, big kitchen with ample chopsticks, little shop for essentials, nice rooms with amazing views.
Heater was a bit useless and very noisy, but everything else was great.
Very friendly staff
