I dont like the noise that come from the bar in the night so i cant sleep well

Good breakfast with many kinds of food. Very friendly and helpful man at the reception.

Too far away from the center (souk and Corniche).

It didnt have a clean refreshing environment.it was stuffy and smelly.

Good value if you are staying in Seeb.

Some traffic noise in the morning though not loud. Quite far from Muscat

Very spacious double room on 4th floor with small balcony.

Difficult to find a parking lot in front of the hotel. We booked a double and an single room. Single room without window (not very pleasant).

Excellent value for money with large suite instead of simply a double room. Good comfortable decor. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast included. Near to all main sights and seafront. Seeb is an attractive town.

Difficult to find. The map needs to be improved and directions need to say that it is near/adjoining the oman international bank and give the main street name.

Hotel is ok, But breakfast is very poor.We are staying (altogether 11 Persons)& not sufficient also.

Food was good, but was insufficient, especially the breakfast

Had a great night playing pool at sportsman bar. A different world but good people

Those staff are out of their mind.. When I call room service the staff answering the phone in this way " hello? What? Untrained staff. Even tissue they don't have it, sleeper as well, the floor is too cold.curtain full of dust...

Friendly and helpful manager and assistant manager. Clean comfortable and affordable. Will recommend to all.

Only one down point. Hotel advertizes car rental available but unable to secure short time rental for my visit. Important business opportunity missed!

La simplicité de l' Hôtel et de son Personnel.

Parfois bruyant par certains clients.

Chambre trés grande et bien aménagée. Bon confort. Situation près des souks de Seeb et accés facile depuis/vers aéroport.

Ambiance bruyante du fait du "dancing" au RdC Climatisation trés peu efficace

L authenticite, de se meler aux locaux dans la petite ville de seeb. La proprete, le rapport qualite prix, le restaurant indien (specialites du kerala ou sud de l inde) et la possibilite de consommer de l alcool (hotel ayant une licence). Pour ceux qui aiment, 3 bars avec danses et musique indienne, pakistanaise et arabe.Les chambres situees au 3eme etage sont les meilleures. Cote rue (voir la vie locale defiler vevant vous) ou cote mer (tranquillite, meme si la musique des bars est forte le nuit).

Cama. Ducha. Tele de plasma. Buen desayuno. Esta cerca del aeropuerto, lo que pasa que el pueblo es un poco rural. La verdad que mola como primera experiencia Omani. Muscat queda ya un poco retirado. Un buen hotel pero la ciudad esta un poco lejos.

Hubo una boda y se monto un buen lío en la calle.

Tout était très bien. La propreté, la gentillesse et même la nourriture (ce qui n'est pas habituel à Oman)
