location,it is center of the city ,but in a very calm & quite area,cleanliness,facilities,pool,breakfast,balcony with my room,though one or two chairs could make it more attractive,overall it was a nice stay.

Rates for 3 nights were at $100 then the rates for the next 2 nights went up by $20. I booked at $100 from Booking.com

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location. The breakfast buffet quality was good.

The fabric placemats were dirty. The food at the restaurant. We were served burned food: hamburgers and specially a grilled chicken which was returned, the portion of a chicken sandwich was 90% bread and the rest was chicken.

Good quality rooms, facilities, food and drink as well as the very helpful staff.

Water leaking in our bathroom the room cleaner did not add paper tissue no lots of fresh fruits for the breakfast the flyes in the restaurant

Facilities at the hotel are good, several restaurant options and a couple of bars. Decent size swimming pool. Breakfasts were good with a wide selection of foods.

A little bit out of the way for shopping and sites, so always had to take a taxi. There is live music on the 8th floor (I believe most nights) and this goes on quite late. I stayed on the 6th floor and it was very noisy and difficult to sleep,

Wifi doesn't work Socket in room didn't work The bed side lamp did work and stayed on for a constant 3 days as there was no way to switch it off.

Niceish location, good breakfast, decent sized room for a solo business traveller.

The wifi was slower than my dead grandmother, and the staff did nothing about it :( Toilet had a smell, and i wasn't the creator :) Taxi wasn't available in the morning, and apparently they weren't able to call one cause everyone is 'busy in the mornings' <-- yes, thats what i was told.

Japanese restuarant could not serv us my bar fridge was left open by staff so all my own goods were spoilt ,could not use jacuzi as it was always been used by gym members

The excellent personal support from Mr Zaneer (Manager) and Mr Nazeen! Whatever issue was somehow take care of!

The room was small and the bethroom was disgusting the basin was broken and this is one of the worst hotel rooms I have stayed in.

The team at this hotel went out of their way to accommodate my last minute booking. A solo female traveller arriving and leaving at unusual times, they made me feel nothing but welcome. Great value price for the facilities offered and ideal location on the 'combi' route to the corniche or easy taxi drive avoiding morning traffic to dive locations. Highly recommend

- poor breakfast. - I reached there at 9:00pm and there was no power in the hotel, I stayed at reception for one and half hour until the power come back and I am able to make a check in. - bathroom needs a lot of maintenance. - very slow Internet speed.

I like the Al Falaj because it's always nice and clean and very good value for one's money. The breakfast is nice and the staff are very helpful and cooperative. I enjoyed having a nice hot bath as I don't have one at home.

I ordered a beef fillet that was very expensive but the cut of meat I got sure wasn't a fillet. It was so tough I could barely cut it, even though the mushroom sauce was good. The chef called and offered to make me another steak, but I had already lost my appetite and it was too late for me then so I declined. I was really disappointed that they would try to pass off a poor quality of meat like that.

It is in the old Muscat Area , there is nothing near to this hotel for attractions. It is a very Business hotel with a specific area Muscat Down town - Old town area. Comfortable rooms with good break fast. It is a value for money. Nothing fancy about it

The toilet near the Japanese restaurant on 8th floor is very bad and needs cleaning and good ventilation , I had to go to my room and use my bathroom .

The fruit basket in our room on arrival was lovely; comfortable beds too.

The restaurants are great.

We got absolutely no sleep in this hotel. Despite ringing reception and being promised the music would be turned down it never was. I may as well have put my bed in a nightclub. It was extremely loud music. Even with ear plugs with was unbearable. I have returned to work this week absolutely exhausted and upset over the whole experience. Never again. I would strongly advise people not to stay there unless you want to party to extremely loud old music all night long. Torture!
