I stayed in Al Nahdha Hotel many times. Good resort with good facilities.

This hotel was very well maintained when the founder was still alive. He used to pay attention to details. It seems that new owners are not injecting new capital to maintain hotel standard. Golf carts, for example, are very old and need to be replaced immediately. Massage to the hotel management hosting parties with very loud music until midnight does not fit resort theme as place for relaxation and family.

Apart from the late check out. Everything else was terrible!

Horrible checkin, room we booked and confirmed for was not available (Suite Royal) and we were told off (imagine driving all the way and they simply tell you, we do not have rooms and cannot help you) until we demanded a room amd threatedned to sue the hotel, they gave us other two separate rooms. They had an event inside the resort and in house guests were charged for entrance to it too. What 5 star resort charges an in house guest for entrance fee to an event in the hotel?? They have a long in room dining menu but the only thing they could make was a Sandwich and NOTHING else was available. Very selected drinks options and very rude staff. Slow service, 1 hour + to deliver a club sandwich!! Front desk never answers, we called a 100 times for several reasons and nobody bothered taking the call. Upon check out we requested a buggy and waited for half an hour until we decided to walk to the reception in the afternoon heat and that long walk. Overall, it was a terrible experience! From checkin to checkout all we got was "Sorry" for everything they dont have and cant do. It used to be a good resort, now its a poor resort. TERRIBLE!

Beautiful and relaxing setting - a paradise not too far from home.

Some minor repairs are required E.G. had to hit door to get in as it has stuck. Electricity went (fixed with new fuses quickly) Advertised minibar but fridge was not stocked Safe was locked

I like the speacy room. The natural trees and there views. Beautifull seenary. Huge place with nice facilties. Beds and chairs are made of fancy mango trees and are very comfurtable.

To many flies are there.

Isolated from city, less noisy. Very spacious rooms, curtious staff allowing late check out. Decent braekfast

Its not a 5 star, probably 3-4star,its a km from the rooms to the spa or swimming pools, u cant walk tht much wth kids n sometimes the carts r busy.xpensive 750$ for 2room villa, menu n spa xpensiv as well.

Privacy, greenery, mobile internet stick for the room (we had to ask and insist, though)

Construction around playground, out of a usual 4 only one restaurant open, menu limited and very expensive and not at all 5 star hotel worthy, pool side service only by phone, limited choice, alcohol only until 3 pm (why?), jacuzzi not hot, tiles fallen off, unpleasant to sit in, steam tunnel out of order, internet access only by the pool, at restaurant and at reception. Drinks with little alcohol in them, but still expensive. Service really slow. Breakfast buffet with stale food, flies on the fruit. Not a five star experience at all, only three stars at best.

After booking, I had to pay cash since they only reserved the booking without withdrawing money from my account Facilities are far and we needed to walk numerous of time. Transportation carts were not abundant in service

Huge rooms with nice arabic touch and design. We enjoyed the balcony very much and the relaxing and quiet surrounding is nice. The park the resort is located in is very nice. We enjoyed the breakfast very much in the beautiful restaurant, and also had the buffet one evening, which was nice but too pricy. Huge pool! Extremely good value for money for the days we stayed there. Would definitely like to return.

It's not really 5 star standard, more 4 stars. So if you expect a 5 star hotel you might be a little bit disappointed. In some parts the resort feels like it has seen better days, but at the same time it's very charming as it is.

The room and the price only.

The restaurant was very slow and not organized, there was no food in the buffet , restaurant stuff was slow and rude. hotel cannot operate with high volume of visitor.

Spacing is good in the facility.

The food is so expensive and worthless.

Great location. Beautiful place. Good for relaxing. Take long walks through the greenery, enjoy the pool, children can spend time at the play area. Barka city (Lulu etc) is nearby.

The room I got had a faulty safe and some problems with the bathroom. No big deal, and I too didn't raise a complaint to get it fixed.

Front desk not well informed about the city and around places, being such a big resort lack in travel desk..

The rate we got was amazing. We like the surroundings, and the rooms.

We were not not allowed to bring food from the buffet restaurant to our young kid, who is 3 years old and was still sleeping during breakfast time. It's not even a plateful of food.

Not matching 5 star standard

The resort has a pleasant atmosphere with nice gardens and surroundings. The rooms were very spacious. It works well as a 3- star resort - it is definitely not 5 star. The hotel staff were very polite, although not well informed.

The facilities were run down. The pool heating didn't work, so guests were only able to sunbathe, no one attempted to swim as the water was freezing. When we asked the reception staff about this, their response was that the heating was on but the water is too cold to heat up! The rooms were dusty as they had not been prepared for our arrival. Although the staff did come and clean up once we asked them to. The spa services were limited to 1 out of 4 of the treatments they claimed to offer in the pack left in each room.

it great chance to spend a night in Nahda resort, for sure next time i will spend more the one day.

Reception is very bad , no customer service from staff , I was wondering to talk. To supervisor but I told no body available
