Good price for a decent place. Friendly staff. A good food shop is their closest neighbour.
Lots of tiny tiny ants (or similar) along the walls. They were just 1-2 mm long and didn´t really bother. Also some weird noises from the water pipes (according to the staff) but after 1-2 Days we got used to it.
Very kind staff, a big parking place, a supermarket and a bakery in the same building, cheap and good quality hotel
Loud air conditioning, shower water not too hot
The room was clean and spacious with amenities. Location was good with a big super market downstairs.
The house keeping never turned up to clean the room.
It's in a shopping plaza with a grocer, a baker, and a large store, but still quiet.
everything i like
the availability of free wifi service
Too many ants in the room.
Location was really good centrally located staff was good. Corridors neat clean. Below hotel supermarket so anything you want you can get easily.
Special request for double bed in both rooms was not done. 1 bathroom had really bad smell through out 3 days. WIFI was poor. In guest room no mirror. We had booked two bedroom kitchen as we were 2 couples but with twin bed and no mirror it was not good for other couple in that room. They didnt change towel and sheets for all 3 nights.
Location... shopping center below; next to bakery so no b/f problems; petrol station nearby. We would leave in the morning and come back late night so perfect choice for rest at night. Staff was helpful.
Washroom floor is very slippery. My son slipped twice :-(.
great value for the money
room comfortable and big, good value for the money,
very bad smell, unclean rooms, noisy A/C, very poor non cooperative compelling reception, no room serve, no calling bell, no telephone or intercom, very bad unhygienic cooking utensils
It's appreciable in all respect.
Four nights I was there with my wife but no one came for house keeping and not changed the bed sheet. Once I called them to replace towels and they did that much only never asked about bed sheet or something!
Staff vero kinde !
Even though we first thought that the location was not good, we realized that it is the right place because of the access to restaurants, super market, cabs, etc. The staff were of great help. They provided all that we wanted. The room was really big with ample space for storage, even the kitchen was great.
Wifi needs to be upgraded, because at times it used to hang. Better to have food outside rather than having from Al Nile, because it is too expensive. You have restaurants at walkable distance as well as a supermarket, right below.
sold as @airport hotel@ it is 7 and a half kms from airport and even farer from the center./ ione staff (indian) excellent, the second (yemenite) same, though with limited english knowledge. with nr 3 (pakistani) you cdan only be amazede how an unpolite, unhelpfull person can work in any hotel./ during my whole stage (4 days) there was no room service and not even the garbage was removed if i did not put it in front of the door.
Clean, value for money, massive room and kitchen stocked with cooking equipment.
Smell in the bathroom
Taxis were available; supermarket and bakery next door
The hotel is somewhat out of the way from town
I like the location and staff in the hotel.
Price and exaggerated somewhat because my flight was suspended and fall outside known in the Sultanate of Oman travel and tourism in the province of Dhofar, as well as the time period was relatively long they had slightly lower feeshe decor and overall design.
Huge rooms, free wifi and excellent prices. It's close to shops, restaurants, etc, but you'll need to drive or take a taxi to anything of interest to tourists though. But Salalah is definitely a place where you'll want to have a rental car anyway.
The bathroom didn't have any counter to set stuff on, and the showers are without curtains, so the floor gets wet. The parking lot is shared with a very busy supermarket and other shops, so I was worried about my rental car getting bumped by one of the ginormous trucks wantonly zipping around, but everything was fine.
very nice place, cleanliness, staff is very good, value for money.
Clean, good hotel, worth its money
Friendly environment, non smoking rooms, clenliness. I rank this hotel a 3 star
