_ Food no much options. _ I have order for frish juice and I asked him twice it's frish but severed not frish and charged expensive 5.600 for 2 - Tv has only 5 chanals only. - Ac not working.
Location facing to the sea is amazing.
Cleanliness of the room is very poor. There were stainbthe bedsheets Mosquitoes roaming around room And the reception staff' s behavior was very unfair.
The location is the only thing that I liked .
The rooms, service , food, .... Every thing else was poor.
location, pool, food
service (no towels on arrival) waited 30 minutes before we could shower
It's not a trendy, expensive hotel - so what else to expect? Only going there BC of the dimaniyat Islands which are fantastic dive sites.
- location and friendliness of staff
- the staff at the reception could not handle the large number of guests trying to check-in - there was no staff available to help with the luggage - the AC did not work in the room - reaction of the staff was very slow
Nothing i liked
The location's proximity to Dayminiyat Islands for diving is really the only saving grace, if you are a cautious diver and aware of the safety failings of Euro Divers which is onsite.
A lot of times people take online reviews with a grain of salt - but I'm telling you don't be fooled by this sham of a resort. Half-Board or Full-Board doesn't even include water, be prepared to pay through the nose even for a juice. We ended up with several incorrect charges without our signatures. Facilities are also run down and the beach is public and horrible... I could go on, but really will sum it up as saying AVOID.
The diving center .
The facilities, the shower, The likage in the room floor, the mattress, the towels not enough for 3 people , the price .
after reading the previous comments, we were a bit hesitant of what we will find , however good location, very friendly staff and management. food was very good, we had the first night open buffet by the terrace and the food was very good and various. The staff were friendly, responding very fast to the request. for example we didn't have tv and the water boiler wasn't working so they send someone to fix it. the chef was so nice that he actually prepares a soup for the baby up on request and he will always care for the baby food while we were at the buffet. all the rooms are located on the ground floor with direct access to the garden.
The rooms didn't have a kettle which will be good for families to with small babies. maybe a carpet will be useful, as it gives a more "friendly " warm feeling . If is possible to close the beach from both side of the property as on the day off there were loads of people coming from the free beach walking is groups on 10-11 people on the hotel beach and looking at the hotel guests. also if possible to inform the guests about the serving of the alcoholic beverages as it seems that there is a break from 3-6 pm, and nobody knows have a life/guard at the beach , and improve the look of the beach hats.
The location, the Swiming pool, beach and the food. The Resturant staff and the pool staff are friendly and helpful.
Slow checkin and checkout No lights on the way from the room to the Resturant. It was dark. No maintenance for the whole garden and facilities. No wifi. Not meeting even 3 stars resort!
Clean, comfortable rooms Courteous staff Pleasant surroundings Clean beach
No bar No entertainment
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The noise from the AC in the bedroom was unbearable, even with ear plugs, as they use cheap and outdated wall-mounted split units. The staff said the noise was normal. I had to turn it off to sleep, but then the room became roasting. Very uncomfortable night. For the price, I would expect something much better.
Friendly and charismatic drive school
Extras outside "half board" were not outlined and no price lists were evident or offered. As extras we conscientiously pushed by hotel staff it amounts to a deliberate attempt to deviously add items to guests' bill.
Sea views, great location and very helpful staff.
Helping attitude of staff.
Non inclusion of drinking water with meals. High price of beverages. 1 cup tea /1 can of soft drink costing RO 1.500 each. No provision of tea/ coffee facility in the rooms. Delay in checking in
Food and staff are helpful
Sorry to say there is no satch things to say it good
All things was so bad The respetion was unhelpful , non respected , and non comfortable , The door was brocked , Air condition was so bad I was all the night never get sleep becouse the room was hot The cleaning was so bad , There is no satch good things to say good about them
Quiet rooms in the middle of the garden rooms are clean Laid back atmosphere Good location for sawadi islands and only 1 hour from Muscat
Food is average
The staff were friendly and tried to help, but had wildly varying competencies.
Very high price for an older slightly rundown hotel. Plus the plumbing smells a bit off. However since they have no competition they can get away with charging what they want. Also a friends car was damaged when thieves tried to break in, so that was a downer to. As it is a lot of hassle to get a police report.
Location and diving
Poor maintenance of the installations, staff with slow response to provide the rooms we had booked and paid... it seems they understand that the hotel is going to be closed soon and don't care much.
Great location and good price. Yummy camel burger.
Very hard mattress.
Contains a dive resort. Food is ok.
Room is very very basic. Clean though no kettle, no drinks in the Fridge, Bathroom/toilet discharge sewage releases a bad odour whenever You flush or have a shower. For the price paid per room per night this hotel is seriously overarted/overpriced.
