Very helpful when we emailed in advance and asked for an early check in as had travelled all night- got a freindly email, in reply and early rooms. Staff most helpfull and well trained. Nice roof top pool area. Lebanese Restaurant very good indeed, superb food and huge portions. We returned a second time even when not staying there and well worth it- proves you do not need alcohol for an excallent meal.

Check-in takes few minutes and fast, complementary drinks on arrival, staffs are more friendly.Foodland restraunt is just opposite to the hotel is advantage. Flexible in check out time.

Late afternoon/evening to check to see if I needed water, coffee, supplies; etc

No corkscrew, difficult to get a bottle opener as well, limited room service menu, mildewed shower curtain, slow drainage in tub of both rooms I stayed in, spurts of cold water during shower in both rooms I stayed in (514 and 626). The value did not equal the cost.

Layout of suite, comfort of beds, although trundle was a little firm. Decor was inviting and relaxing. The coffee machine was an added bonus. Staff were very responsive and helpful. Loved our hot stone massage.

Our rooms were over the air conditioners and there was constant humming from them.

The front desk staff, unfriendly. Too much noice from the road. Some times no hot water in the shower.

Modern, large rooms, good Wifi in all areas, very clean

Bit pricey, charged omr90 for the breakfast instead of omr65 as advertised on Booking.com. They said the lower price is only if you pay in advance!

Very nice staff and very nice room!

I was double charged, once at the booking, once at check-out. A mistake can always happened but the fact that they would not refund me without the intervention of Booking.com was simply appalling. A great example of how back office can ruin the excellent work of front office. This being said, I know now I can count on booking.com, should any problem arise.

The rooms are big and clean. Breakfast is nice, good location in Muscat.

Internet is so slow, lots of hidden taxes while paying your bill.

Well situated, plenty of close by restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. The roof top swim pool was great. 15 minutes from airport and same time from Old Muscat and Mattrah Souq. Tour of Oman cycle race passing 100 metres from our hotel. Staff were excellent and flexibilty with room cleaning and checkout time.

No alcohol on sale. No mini bar. Taxis next to hotel charged more than on the street (but not fault of hotel)

Ideally located close to the business hart of Muscat

Loud noise coming all night long from a very busy nearby highway! My room was located at the end of the building, highway side, and windows had literally no isolation from the noise generated. The level of noise was like if my window had stayed wide open all night. Very bad sleep especialy when having important meetings the next day. Not acceptable.

Always good service and good quality rooms for the price, although it says it is calssed as 4* but the hotel and service seems to be more a 3*

I was put in a room right between some young Chinese opera dancers, this was fairly noisy throughout my stay, but on my last night right from 11pm of going to bed until I had to get up to catch my flight at 5.30am, it was so noisy, all they did all night was talk and laugh, I do not have a problem with young people doing this (we all done it right), but the hotel should consider when putting people next to guests like this....

Spacious room. Our apartment apparently had a leak,so they upgraded us to an enormous suite. Breakfast fine.

The unbelievable noise from the outside air conditioning units on our side of the hotel. We were moved up a few floors but even then had no choice but to sleep in the room with single beds because the other room was just too noisy. The windows need sound proofing as a matter of urgency. WiFi very slow in room.

It is on Main Sultan Qaboos Road. Only 15 Min drive from the Airport. A new hotel with all the amenities . A Big Shopping mall and fast food outlets are next to it.

Loved the diplomatic suite, excellent hotel and breakfast

Only problem was the diplomatic suite had noise from air con units below but presidential suite had traffic noise. The diplomatic suite was a preference as not as noisy as the traffic noise.
