The location No end of problems opening the hotel room with the electronic key, and keep having to ask the personnel to help. The buffet breakfast was of limited choice, some items were visibly going stale, and on the whole we found the food on offer of poor quality. |

The hotel was very modern, bright and pleasant to be in. The staff were very helpful and there was goo affordable food at the restaurant. It was near to the beach as well. |

The staff were very friendly, it was good for a 3 star hotel. Very close to the beach and also in a very quiet part of the city. |

The staff was very receptive. The location being in a quiet area and near to the beach with an accessible and fair price for the average tourist. Not easy to get in and out of the bathtub. It is too high for a short /handicapped person. |

The hotel has wifi internet in the rooms. Staff was friendly. Very close to the beach and close to the motorway so easy access. Clean hotel. Residential area amid all the embassies. The restaurant's food is not too fantastic and that goes for the hotel in generally. It is certainly not 4 star at all, more a good 3 star and although it has the aspiration of a bice hotel it is only good for a quick stopover and not for a longer stay. In essence it is far overrated for what it is. |

the staffs are friendly 1. Please evaluate your price - its way too much not to mention you don't serve wine and alcoholic beverages for foreigners. Yes it was a promotion for 2 nights, but when I asked around you don't normally offer alcohol, which urge us to eat dinner outside. This means for the free dinner - we only availed it on the first night. Your break fast menu needs to be re evaluated - esp. your croissant |
