Rooms are big, A/C were new, very basic, no othere facilities perfect for a group of friends The beach were rockey, can't swim, water was not clean, bath water was extremely hot NO CHILLERS.

وجود الكثير من الحشرات داخل الغرف. إمكانيات الطاقم ضعيفه جداً. الاستقبال دون المستوى خصوصا التعامل. خدمة الدفع عن طريق بطاقة الائتمان لا تعمل. المطعم في غاية الوساخه وليس نظيفا

großzügige Zimmer schöner Sonnenuntergang hätte Potenzial zu einem schönen Hotel, aber..... Führung sehr schlecht: z. B. Rezeption, bzw. ges. Hotel morgens zur Abreisezeit mind. 1 Stunde nicht besetzt, das Restaurant nüchtern mit schmutzigen Plastiktischtüchern, morgens noch das gebrauchte Geschirr mit Essensresten und entsprechenden Fliegen am Tisch, keine Auswahl beim extra zu bezahlenden Frühstück (das offerierte Omelett zwar gut, aber mit Joghurt und Marmelade aus Gläsern serviert, aus den bereits sichtlich etliche gelöffelt haben), kein Brot. Der Strandbereich gleicht einer Baustelle, absolut nicht zum Relaxen oder Baden geeignet. Die ges. Außenanlage lieblos und ohne Bepflanzung. Insgesamt viel zu teuer für das was es bietet.

Facilité de la réservation par booking.com, n'avions pas pu obtenir une chambre par mél ou par téléphone. Personnel compétent et sympathique. Cadre et allure générale de l'établissement. La wifi. Les contacts avec les autres clients des pays voisins (Koweit) Qualité du petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur de l'hôtel. Peut être mieux de demander un petit déjeuner local et non continental (4 rials) La qualité de la plage : Hôtel de bord de mer mais plage un peu éloignée pour profiter à pied du bain au petit matin !

Nice lacation for hotel. We were missing for swimming pool as the beach was not for swimming.The food was not of that quality and test.

Breakfast I was traveling on business and my stay at your hotel was not comfortable at all. My bed was infested with bed bugs!!! A lot of bugs!!!! The hotel staff changed the sheets only to have the bugs return. I ended up sleeping in a chair that evening. The towels left in my room were dingy and also had bugs on them.
