The location of the hotel is amazing.

The housekeeping service was extremely poor. The staff did not even change the dirty bedsheets until I asked them to. Trash bins were not emptied and this was not even fixed upon complaining. You donot expect this kind of service when you are paying AED 900 dirhams per night.

location and the friendship of the staff a little pricey but I guess you are the only reasonable hotel around

no shops in the hotel

The location was excellent, chilled out place to relax yourself. The balcony of the room opened to the swimming pool which was the best part...

International quality resort in stunning location. The Dhow trip and the Mountain trip purchased from the tour desk were both fabulous.

Thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of our stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, cheerful - they all gave the impression that they enjoyed their jobs! Food was excellent (although breakfast buffet could be better), and the pool area lovely. Nice new, good quality, towels in rooms and pool area. Overall very good, and would highly recommend.

Shower could do with cubicle, and not a poor-quality curtain!

Great position with views of the sea and the mountains. Staff and food both excellent and rooms adequate for a short stay. Very easy to book tours once at the hotel.

The hotel was expensive for what was provided. In particular, the food was expensive and cold (the evening buffet). It was much cheaper and more of a culinary delight to go into town and eat at local restaurants.

Very nice people and good service in the area of khasab probably the best one, while not luxuous but high level for the area

Out side terrace pool and restaurant area is good to average , and a little noisy with families turning around with young kids

The location of the hotel was superb. It was also the only decent hotel in town that wasn't a shamble.

The regular price, had I paid it, would definitely not make me happy. It is in no shape a 4-star hotel as it claims. But since I got a good deal it was good. The facilities and amenities are a 3-star hotel standard at best. The food was not the greatest and was very expensive.

The location is wonderful and we loved the family-friendly feel of this hotel (great little playground right outside the dining area). Great menu with several vegetarian choices. We loved sitting out on the terrace overlooking the sea as we at our supper. Very friendly staff. Book a dhow cruise and or speedboat and get out on the water - so beautiful! Amazing to see bottlenose dolphins! Highly recommend this hotel.
