Smoking was being allowed inside the building.

Location

The room and toilet was not done up properly when allocated.I was surprised to see a used soap, broken tap in the shower area,no water bottles, no facility for making coffee. "YOU WILL HAVE TO SERIOUSLY LOOK INTO THESE BEFORE ALLOCATING THE ROOM"

Its one of the best hotels which I like in Salalah

The staff are good. It's a clean hotel.

The swimming pool didn't serve the purpose for the family as its from the hotel and not easily accessible.

The Room is really spacious and wonderful. Breakfast is also good. Restaurant staff are not very friendly. Omani Lady in the front Desk is very helpful. She is helping a lot to all customers.

Attitude of a Restaurant (Louloua a Resaurent) staff with a french beard. I do not know his name. He is from India , Kerala.. He is rude to customers.

3 star hotel don't have tooth paste or tooth brush we had to go out to buy it. so kindly please keep tooth paste and tooth brudh in your hotel

Swimming pools not worked during my stay and it was not informed. Look from outside is not good. Even there is no English board outside.

Except for its central location nothing else was special really.

Clearly the hotel needs a major revamp in terms of facilities and rooms. We booked a family apartment that had the kitchen removed!!! let alone the rooms were not clean as they should and the carpet was very old

The health club is at a bit of distance and almost every evening rented out for marriage functions. Leaky room. No hot water kettle. 3 star solo accomodation costing equivalent to 5 star (family) accomodation at Hilton (where my friend was staying)

It's in city with calm and quit utmostphere.Nice to stay with family.very Gud room service with friendly approach.Clean,tidy &luxuries stay .no beach or sea view for this hotel for any room.little costly in eid days .

There is no Resturant in hotel which is open in day time of Ramadan .where as the small rest houses are open for food outside.we feel it bad to take the family to outside rest houses for food in day time.its very bad. Compare to the facility and star range the cost was high which I paid for 2 night or -180.00

The receptionist. You should put someone in the receptionist who can speak ENGLISH. I've asked where can I get a map. It took her 3 minutes to answer and she answered "Swimming"? So I ended up asking the bangali who cleans the floor.

Service was lousy...i along with another chinese guest was made to wait for 45minutes for airport pick up. While dining at Zen food was delivered after more than 1 hour of ordering. bed was noisy. wouldn't like to stay again.

Restaurant on the 5th floor is good. Served good food at reasonable prices.

Old hotel. While rooms are clean, and corridors painted, it can do with a bit of maintenance. House-keeping is not upto the standard. Though we left the notice to clean room at 9:00 am, it was not attended to till our return in the afternoon at 3:00 pm. We had to call to get the room made.

I have travelled widely during the last 35 years and this stay was perhaps the worst.The promise of the hotel to provide slippers and kettle for making tea was not fulfilled.There was a leak in the bathroom which in spite of repairing left the whole area with water.Room service was appaling.An order for Arabic Mezze,apple pie and tea took 1 hour 20 minutes leaving the tea cold by the time it reached the room. For the rate of 60 OR plus 10 OR as taxes at a place like Salalah it was quite a rip off.Almost all the staff from the manager downwards are not service minded at all. The most shocking incident was when a staff from housekeeping came and gave a stainedpair of slippers,saying "this is all they do have".

I didnt like the attitude of the hotel as all they seemed to be interested was collecting money from customers.

Food quality, noisy, damaged facility

The newly refurbished apartments have good decoration.

The staff do not know how to deal with people. The hotel charged half a day after long negotiation because I had checked in earlier than 12:00 hours. After that long discussion, they agree to charge for half a day even though,I had stated on my booking that I will be arriving early. I felt it was not a fair charge. Moreover, the food served at the breakfast is very simple.
