The staff in this hotel are first class

less restaurants open than on the website . according to booking.com you can book a junior suite with balcony and furniture however these rooms do not exist ( are are not shown on hotel website).

The garden behind the swimming pool is nice to relax (if you find a long chair, and even if the long chair are totally low quality) 50% of the staff was good, 20% average, 30% not possible.

Not a 5 stars hotel, even if I know the local standards. I'm even not sure about a 4 stars... - You arrive, the valet parking wait until you take out the bagage and once it's done make everything to take them to the room for his tips. No need to be surprise if you got only half of the tips man... - Standard room (Queen deluxe sea view) When I see a view like that, I wonder why I made all this trip. And so nice to get also a very noisy highway background, when opening the windows. ugghhh..arghh - Small swimming pool, water not clear with slide for kids... hum - Here is the towel booking policy. If you don't wake up at 6 A.M. to book you crappy plastiq long chair, you can stay in your room. 50% of the longchairs are without their temporary owners, and you, you have nothing to relax...stupid policy, caused because of the "if you lose your towel, we charge you 20EUR". In a five star, you have normally somebody taking care of yours orders, and checking at the same time, that some non respectfull people don't take the towels. and when you leave they take them out from the long chairs... - All outside furnitures are outdated - Restaurant so pricy for this basic standard foods... - Many dirty things... - The best restaurant is close Saturday and Sunday, the 2 days I was here, so can not deliver an opinion - 12EUR the baby wisky in room.... euhg ! - No wifi in room, but a 8EUR rate/hour or 16EUR/day... No free wifi in lobby... Sorry to say that, I try for 3 days to find the good points, but it was really difficult... I am sure this place was a 5stars hotel local standard 20 years ago, but I think since this time, nothing has been changed, and the GM has not coming back here for a while. Maybe hilton should sell this place and open a new one. For just a little more budget, you will go to a real suite Juweira Boutique Hotel, and you will leave all the sheeps, and discover what is a good 5 stars local standard.

I really appreciate the chef maroof and his team who has made feel at home they were so nice really appreciable if was a nice and unforgettable experience

Room was spacious and well appointed. Breakfast and restaurants were great. Staff generally very helpful Pool and grass area was extreemely pleasant and relaxing

After a long day the check in was slow and laborious. Bed was too hard for us

Scuba diving and the pool were very good fun. We really didn't leave the resort but were only there for four days.

Not much. Everything was great. Nothing like what Wikipedia had to say. A little pricey but we knew that when we booked it.

That internet is not included but needs to be paid separately (at 8 OMR ((ca. 16 EUR)) for 24 hours or 4 OMR ((ca. 8 EUR)) per hour. No wireless internet available at all in the room. The internet patch cord was mounted behind the night stand at bed side. To use my laptop I had to place it on the night stand and connect it there. Then I had to sit or better kneel in front of the night stand to use my laptop. Not a very convenient way to use it. The room service woke me up to deliver a food tray I hadn't ordered. Wrong room apparently. Several T.V. channels are pre selected but do not work. Instead I got the recommendation that I should subscribe to that station!

Mini bar items nad complementary water are not differentiated.Water not provided properly. Cleaniness not done second day in time.

It's a comfortable hotel with friendly, helpful personnel. The site is perfect for nature lovers.

The stay was good. Booking.com however is publishing false information about hilton providing a free airport shuttle service. As per hilton each guest pays 3 omani rials for one way shuttle.

1. Slow service. Hotel is marked as 5 star hotel, however services was 3 star. It seems to be that staff are not enough to provide good service to customers. They were trying hard. 2. Facility is not well maintained at some hotel areas.

Very good and curtiouse staff in general and reasonably a medium size hotel with good facilities. Very good food service and the swimming pool was very much enjoyed by the kids. There is also a kids club which the kids also enjoyed very much.

I had to accept to pay AED120 per day as a fees for a connecting door. This is something I know for the first time but it was the season for them and they wanted to get the most out of the guests. No Wi Fi service in rooms and you have to come down to the Mayfair Cafe. Very good cafe though.

I did not like the fact that alchohols were in the fridge of my room at ramadan And the eftar boufay was really bad sweets do look nice but tast strange Drinks were contaminated and the room service very slow and the phone line barely work and if it work the recption does not answer

Nice cosy hotel, friendly staff and excellent food. Oh yeah and the chilled pool. Cool!

The view from the beach at the cargo cranes of the port probably needs some getting-used-to.
