We had a problem with our car and the Staff was great in helping us!

Staff service is excellent. When we arrived at 8pm room was ready, we're even upgraded. Reception and staff speaks English well. Room is clean and good condition. Free wifi is provided and working reliably. Breakfast is excellent with selections of american breakfast complete with egg station. Free parking is available around the hotel. Near the hotel is some amenities (groceries, small restaurants, barber shop). The hotel can be easily identified being located at Bahla - Jibreen intersection and probably the highest building in the area.

We requested an extra bed In our room and were treated with keys to a two bedroom suite upon our arrival. No extra charge even for the extra bed! Dinner menu is very basic yet everything tasted delicious. At breakfast the staff was very attentive. Smooth visit, altogether!

The spacious room on 3rd floor - the food - the helpful and smiling staff - everything ! We were so pleased that we extended our stay !

The size of our room (suite no. 1) was more than adequate with large bedroom, lounge, good shower room and kitchen with fridge (no other equipment). Bed very comfortable and fresh white cotton sheets every day Cleanliness Breakfast good plentiful Closeness to Jabrin Fort, Bahla Fort, Jebel Shams and only an hour from Jebel Akhdar

No outside space to sit and relax in either as balcony or garden/terrace area. Menu for evening meal extremely limited and same every night and no deserts apart from ice cream. No restaurants nearby to compensate for above

Very good, spacious rooms. Fast and efficient check-in and check-out. Friendly staff. Everything clean. Luxurious restaurant, cheap non-alcoholic drinks. Good starting point for trips to the mountains (Jebel Shams - Grand Canyon, Misfat) castles in Bahla and Jibreen.

Restaurant looks luxurious but menu is very poor - only chicken and fisch. No beef, no lamb. Hotel is non-licensed, does not sell alcohol.

The price at Jibreen is to high for a 3 star. I've been staying there since it opened and keep seeing the cost go up. I bring groups to this hotel and do not get a group discount which would be nice.

This hotel was a great stopping point for our group's trip the next day to Jebel Shams. Room was clean, slept 3 comfortably in separate beds.

Couldn't get the ceiling fan at the particular speed we wanted, but that was a very minor point.

Price is steep. Location is along highway, so not very convenient for people without car. No WIFI connection in every room (depends where your room is located). WIFI in lobby available.

We found its location near historic sites to be excellent. The room proved to be large, comfortable, quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and most helpful The lodging definitely offered good value.

Even so they advertise credit card acceptance they informed me on arrival the system is not working and will not work tomorrow either and insist on cash payment ;-)
