- Clean, spacious rooms - Good selection for breakfast
- Internet had to be paid for - No sun loungers by the pools - Staff clearing away plates & cutlery before you have finished
I liked ,,,, ummm, Nope nothing was wow
It's 5 stars hotel but it's 3 stars Its quality Furniture Food Toooo much expensive Not worthy Not a brand hotel I recommend to go to a famous brand hotel
The marine suite is amazing location view and the space of the bathroom is huge the balcony was also huge really nice
The rate was too hight though the mansoon season is hight season but they could keep the rate in reasonable rate
Nice facility. Placed well outside Salalah city. A rental car is a must to see fatuous attractions in the area. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Rooms and swimming pool
The way staff dealing with customer
Nothing is up two 4 star standard and not at all worth for money.
Very new hotel and the location was perfect
The breakfast buffet need to upgrade.
I like the design of room, also the bathroom is good but when take shower most water coming out the bathroom.
I don't like the cleaning, they didn't clean well. also the resturant and laundry are very expensive for nothing. location very far from the downtown
Very confortable rooms and lounge. Really liked the space and decor. Sound of the sea, no traffic. Good breakfast and friendly staff.
Surroundings are still being developped, quite some garbage on the beach, maybe due to the Kareef season. Same time you could say its unspoiled and perfect for lang walks.
Wifi not fast
Staff vary good and friendly

Rooms are quite big and very clean Beautiful view outside Good breakfast Very good wifi Friendly staff
everything was perfect
We booked for a suite room. The suite was nice, high floor and sea, pool view. For us tge location is way too far from the city centre but for travelers who want to have some peace and quite place. This hotel is the right option to stay.
Not so many options for room service. We ordered the same menu during our stay since we dont found any options in the menu
Facilities, Comfort, Cleanliness, Staff. It is very good value for money
Location seems to be a bit remote but it is OK
The hotel location, design and facilities.
Check out and billing process.
Room and location
Menu is very limited it should have items for all the nationalities that are guests at your property. Toaster is slow and not sufficient for entire dining hall. Parking is a problem for hotel guests not for villas. Shower curtain firm pillows for those who wants
atmoshpere and hotel area like private beach and other things.
nothing like that
The best room we've had in the middle east
The breakfast was a bit unimaginative - same each day with very little choice... but it was Ramadan!
Rooms were spotlessly clean and were very comfortable, breakfasts were good, staff was professional and helpful, we were provided with a late check-out free of charge, location is very calm although during Ramadan it may seem quiet to some guests. Wi-fi works all over the hotel free of charge and at high speed. Breakfast served at the table was very good.
Definitely not an option if one doesn't have a car to move around. The first day our breakfast was served at the table which made it exceptional. However, the 2nd and 3rd days a buffet was offered. Still was good but nothing compared to the service at the table. For some hours, we could notice the smell of stagnant water from the water canals around the property, however the smell soon disappeared. The area is still being developed so expect to see some unfinished elements, but nothing serious to be worried about. Our stay was very pleasant. The beach area was not very clean although this may be due to the rough seas during Khareef.
Nothing Very poor hotel I hope to close this hotel as soon as possible
The location, the beach, the cleanliness and quiteness
The breakfast although excellent was very much similar everyday, There was no mosque or paryer hall whatsoever
I really enjoyed the isolation of the hotel, it was exactly what I needed in this vacation. The room I stayed in (Marina Suite no 315) was very clean, very quiet and extremely comfortable! I loved how the hotel helped in sustainability and environmental protection. The bathroom was bigger than my bedroom in my country! Beautiful view in my terrace. The hotel also provided me with a car rental agency and also offered to book special trips for me. Friendly staff, especially Ismelda and Hamid. Tea/coffee/ and a new Nespresso machine which was extremely lovely. Complementary cold beverage upon arrival, that was nice.
The internet connection (wifi) was weak in my room, although to be fair, I was told that I wasn't going to receive wifi in my room...so the fact that I even had wifi was a good thing. The sliding doors in the bedroom and bathroom were designed in a way where if I pulled them too far out, then they get jammed. Although the staff were very polite and friendly, I did think they were slightly undertrained. My requests for room service took a long time. The "Al-Samak" restaurant was closed during my stay, I was under the assumption that it would be open. This limited my food choices because the other restaurant "Al-Fanar" had little choices in terms of seafood. I am a pescatairan which means I do not eat red meats and poultry. The food offered was a four star quality but charged for five star prices. This made it slighlty inconvenient because there were no restaurants close to the hotel, it was very isolated. I would have given this hotel a lovely 8.5 stars out of 10, but something happened that made me give them only 2 stars out of 10! During my stay in Salalah, I met somebody who asked me for my phone number; I did not trust that person, so I gave him a fake number. He knew my name and knew where I was staying. When I checked out and went to Muscat, I recieved a phone call from that person. He had went to the hotel and asked them to give him my phone number and they did that! When I called them to check if that was true, they said that my "friend" asked for my number, so they gave it to him! If he was my friend, then he would have already have my number! They could have atleast called me and asked if I wanted my number to be given away! This is my personal information! They have no right to give my personal information to anyone, let alone a stranger! My phone number was given to them for registration purposes only, not to be given away to anyone!
Pretty much everything.
