The camp's huts are nice and clean, and offer good comfort with air-conditionning and a fridge. The breakfast was very good, although it's a typical english breakfast, don't expect vegetables there, though a nice selection of fruit.

You need a car to get there, but it is a reasonable distance to drive back from Nizwa, right after the motorway. The place is good for sleeping but it is a little bit in the middle of nowhere.

A quiet location, nice bungalows, very attending staff in the restaurant, a perfect breakfast, being the only guests we were provided with enough food for a family of 5 or 6.

Lovely facilities for children. We could a third person in the room with reasonable matress.

No tea/coffee making facilities in room. Drainage in bathroom was bad.

Very difficult to find the location Very dirty! bad linen already used by others. nothing in the bath room! Internet connection free only for 1 hour. The price is the same of other hotels really very good.

The hotel did not received our booking from booking.com and the hotel was sold! Not really convenient with 2 little children!

Good location out of town.

Not really ready to receive guests after some renovation work. No proper checking had been carried out on facilities. Unfortunately the restaurant was not in operation for dinner and there was no water on arrival.

In a word, nothing. Room ok like a motel but nothing else.

Atrocious location outside Nizwa. Grossly overpriced. Cafe closed except for breakfast, Nearest facilities Nizwa.Don;t go there.

We only booked one night but will certainly stay here again on our next visit to Nizwa. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice making us wonder if we should have eaten dinner here instead of getting takeaways. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Le petit-déjeuner. Le calme tout relatif

Impossible de joindre la réception pour avoir des indications sur l'emplacement du camp. Le personnel semble déjà en vacances. Le camp si situe à Manah et est difficile à trouver à plus de 20 minutes de Nizwa. La route est toute proche. Nous avons dû changer de bungalow car le nôtre a pris l'eau. Rien à faire sur place car aucun équipement (piscine, aire de jeux, etc...). Grosse déception !

Ensemble de Bungalow, agencement intérieur agréable avec tout le confort, décoration basique, Personnel (philippin) très sympathique Restaurant Copieux avec grande variété de plats et de type de cuisine Une étape utile près de Nizwa où la capacité hôtelière est réduite.

Comme pour tout à Oman l'absence de signalisation pour trouver l'hôtel (perdu en pleine nature) L'hotel se trouve à 12 km au Sud de Nizwa en direction de Salalah, a gauche 2è rond point sur la route de Manah

Rent och propert. Bra luftkonditionering. Inget allt klaga på utom läget.

C:a 15 km eller 20 min med bil ifrån orten Nizwa. Det är lite i längsta laget ifrån målet (Nizwa). Det finns en restaurang i hotellet, men inget annat i närheten (stället ligger mitt på vischan).

Die Idee des Hotels

Die Umsetzung! Teures Hotel auf Backpacker Niveau, misserable Sanitäranlagen, misserable Ausstattung, verschimmelter Kühlschrank, verdreckte Toilette, kaputter tv, Defekte Fernbedienung der a/c, Spielplatz teilweise lebensgefährlich (einsturzgefährdetes Gerüst) für die Kinder, kein regelmäßiger Zimmerservice, völlig abgewohnte Anlage, die nur noch als Cash-Cow benutzt wird, Internet mit unseriösem html- Login über die Webseite des Hotels - Gratis wäre noch zu teuer! Finger weg, achja, Mückenhorden sind im Hotelpreis inbegriffen...

Prestations globalement médiocres: l'accueil est froid et impersonnel, les chambres sont monacales, avec une décoration digne des années soixante et un éclairage blafard, la plomberie est défaillante, les petits déjeuners basiques, etc ...

Schöne Anlage, die sich in den vergangenen Jahren verbessert hat: Ausstattung entspricht hier dem guten Durchschnitt. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das dazugehörige Restaurant: gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis abends. Frühstück war hervorragend.

L'originalité de dormir dans une cabane en bois , avec tout le le confort nécessaire néanmoins. Le personnel est au petit soin. Le prix du barbecue du vendredi soir défie toute concurrence! 2,5 Ro/personne pour des portions gargantuesques!

Mériterait d aménager un peu les abords. Pas de piscine, dommage...
