Staff is good i like

No proper internet facility, no T.V, Service not regular no near by restaurant to eat no shops near by to buy any thing, Management is poor.

Water system is very poor We cannot shower properly

Fine for basic sleeping. They are apartmetn type rooms so you can cook if you want. Nothing flash but economical. Staff were freindly. Things worked. Near enough 400m to a Falaj hotel where there is an expat bar.

Little bit far from Muttrah Corniche, not that evident on map due to hills in between. Be better to stay at Mina, Marina or Naseem for that.

Confortable bed, appartment dimensions according to our expectations.

Dirty, only one towel even if the booking was for 3 people. No kitchen hardware or stuff for cleaning.

Very dated, needs a refurbishment, location on booking.com does not match actual location of hotel. Unfortunately we had to ask for everything rather than having it provided in the room in the first place (e.g. towels, cuttlery, etc)

The apartment was no way near what is shown in the pictures, the place needs a complete renovation. Its very old and rundown, bathrooms are a mess in fact I didn't want to use them at all. The so called "King sized bed" was two single beds joined together with a double Quilt and bed sheet. In short the accommodation is not pleasant at all.

The worst service from front office I have ever encountered in history. Unfriendly staff who are very dismissive and have attitude problem. Place is very unprofessional and front office staff including room service barely speak English. Many complaints to manager about various incidents and all he says is I will investigates and does nothing. Not worth the money. Firstly you need to wait for 1 hour average for breakfast because they have one person in kitchen. Breakfast changes according to their mood although it's set menu with specific orders. Secondly forget about staying over 2 says, staff will call you on daily basis and annoy you by asking when you are leaving and when u will pay. Many better hotels in their and muscat to stay in for same price

The staff were excellent, they did every thing the could to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

The hotel is a little tired looking but is quite quirky :) It is not a luxurious hotel but definitely a god place to stay.

Nothing at all except the location as it has a good roadside cafe nearby that offers much better food that Nuzha Hotel. Yes, the ground staff was nice and humble but in absence of resources they could not help at all. Top management is just not concerned about the comfort of customers. Staff is overworked, expat staff is working all 7 days with no weekends or holidays. They are frustrated and exhausted.

How do I start. No water, No Phone, No Internet, ACs old broken and Noisy, Cupboards in dilapidated state, Mattresses worn out, Curtains were old, dirty and stinking. Water problem was there in whole city but every hotel got the water for residents through water bowsers, however the guests at Nuzha hotel were given a bucket of water to manage everything. I had to go without bath for 2 days. Internet worked only for one day out of my four days stay. Telephone would not work so every time I had to walk up to reception if I wanted any assistance. The option to check in into another hotel was closed by the management as they made me pay for my stay of four days at the time of allocating the room to me. This was paid by credit card hence I was told by reception that the refund is not possible. It was TERRIBLE stay. I dont recommend this Hotel to any one, even I tried to send the feedback to Booking.com during the stay as I feel it was a blackmailing tactics adopted by hotel.

The reception person an Omani national guy (Male) was really very friendly and helped a lot in assisting for arranging the sight seeing as per my requirement and also whatever i used to ask him. Such services would really make us go there again.

When food is served at room, nobody would turn up or come back again to take the plates of afterwards until we keep calling and also for cleaning the rooms. So i would suggest this may be fixed so that it would improve the customer experience better

Rooms & Bathrooms are specious,

can provide a bottle of water in a room, can keep a iorn box and stand, and can provide a kettle with sugar and tea powder for prepare tea.

Simple but clean and budget friendly.

Room Furniture, Door, House hold items quality is bad.

The staff was amazing. Really helpful and nice. The breakfast was very nice. We could choose from Indian breakfast to Continental so it was quite nice. Habib, the breakfast waiter, was very professional, attentive and nice. If you have a car it is close to the main areas of interest. The bed was comfortable and the apartment spacious.

Even though it was EID I think it was very expensive for a one star apartment hotel. We did not have room service throughout our stay and had to call for new towels and toilet paper. It was provided right away though. The toilet was clean but it was in a quite old state. We could not use the kitchen cos the appliances were quite old and in need of replacement.

did not like poor management, poor cleaning, broken window air conditioners, leaking taps, stained commodes and sinks,dusty and torn curtains and stained sofas.Will never recommend to any one.Even booking.com did not mention window a/cs.

The parking facilities is not secured and the the room main doors are mostly damaged needs replacement

Nothing except the confort of the bed.

They keep my passport during the night and I and they forget to give it back in the morning. Personnel is really not good. The hotel is very difficult to find (bad localization from the web site !!!).and rooms need réfection. Avoid to go there.

Not a bad place to stay for the price, it has good points and bad points. The location is good and not too hard to find and is not to far from some shops and a short drive to the Muttrah Souk where there are plenty of bargains. Breakfast is included but it has an Indian flavour to the cooked dishes which is OK if you like Indian food. This Hotel is only a 1 star establishment and with a little work around the place it could get a 2 star rating, it's not the best place I have stayed at and certainly not the worst, it's a middle of the road type of place and a nice place just for the peace and quiet.

I did not like the Bathroom, the first room I had the water from the shower was just a trickle so we asked for another room, we were shown 3 rooms and picked one with a good flow of water in the shower. Another thing was the Kitchen, nothing in the cupboards but a call to housekeeping can get you almost anything you need. They seem to have a lack of storage rooms here because the spare beds and mattresses and lounge chairs were stored on the balcony or walk ways near the lift, and the lift is very small it fits 3 people max.
