This hotel is the best among the other hotels which are available in Masira Island. The staff are helpful and friendly.

The rooms and shalieh are full of flys and Mosquitos.

Quiet place, we were there almost alone. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Old furnitures, all should get renewed. Breakfast was not what we awaited for the price. Price too high for the rather old hotel. Pool had musicboxes, always playing the same music, which nerved.

Beautiful beaches and snorkeling spots. This is a campers paradise.

Do not like the ferry to get to the island. This is the only way to get there.

Some stange rules like forcing us to take breakfast in an air conditioned room when it's gorgeous outside and there are tables outside... Just need to open the glass door (??!).

Excellent location. Wonderful beaches all around. Staff: very nice and helpful.

The staff were extremely polite and very hospitable. The rooms were very big and very clean. The curries were fantastic. It was very relaxing and quiet. This is the perfect place to go to explore the most wonderful desert island - there is nothing to do apart from walk and talk and swim and spot wildlife on land and sea. It is one of the most relaxing places I have ever been.

The location of the Masirah Island Resort is a great location. It is very quiet and small and the pool grounds are beautiful. There is a nice pool, hot tub, volleyball pitch, tennis courts, and children's playground. The food on the menu is average and fairly priced, but service is great. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well. The rooms are nice and clean and view of the pool and sea are wonderful.

The price of the hotel is a bit high but all the food stuff has to come from Muscat or Nizwa and that takes a day of travel on delivery. So with that in mind it was worth the price. The beds are very firm and so are the pillows, so if you have back or neck problems you might want to take your own pillows. The beach in front of the hotel is nice but if you have a car there are nicer beaches to the south of the hotel past Ras al Ya. We were told you could see turtles nesting on the beach in front of the hotel, but we did not see any. That is when we drove down past Ras al Ya and you can see the areas where the turtles nest. It is very remote so take your phone and be sure to fuel up before you venture out on the island as there are no petrol stations except at the harbor. We wish we could have stayed more than one night, as the journey from Muscat is long and then you are looking at 2-3 hours journey by the time you load up on the ferry, wait for a full load and an hour and half crossing. There are no resources for a time table on very departures, but we advise you to get there before 2 pm.

We went to see the turtles laying their eggs. First night not good as European idiots were driving on the beach in front of the hotel with their headlights on asking if this was a turtle beach!! Education was required!! Second night we drove 10km down the coat and had the beach to ourselves and saw several turtles. The hotel provide a map of the island with points of interest sadly it is very difficult to find of the places and sign a on the road would have helped. Just a number symbol for each location would be fine.

läge,personal,äkta - den bästa uplevelsen på vår månadslånga semester/resa var masira där också hotellet ingår som en upplevelse. trots att det är fantastiskt att vara nästan de enda gästerna är det synd på ett sådant trevligt hotell med fantastisk personal att de inte har fler gäster. REKOMMENDERAS!!!

La posizione direttamente sulla spiaggia, la bella piscina, le belle e ampie camere.

Purtroppo, ma non è colpa dell'hotel, la balneazione in mare è sconsigliata per la presenza dei "pesci pietra", che infliggono punture dolorosissime. Comunque nei dintorni ci sono altre belle spiagge accessibili.

Unfortunately this hotel is best option on Masirah Island but is too expensive to what is offering. Rooms are not very big, additional and high charges apply for extra bed, no slippers, breakfast is not very sophisticated - very small selection and not quite tasty, car park is not video monitored and with big sign that you parking on your own risk (sic!)... So same as you were parking in the desert... Hotel prepared the map of island but the staff does not know much details about it, perhaps gps coordinates on map would be helpful or better info about snorkeling/surfing spots or exploring is needed, for example the location of whale bones is not accurate and there is no any info how to get there. All such a thing should be included for this price... I thought the hotel is closer to the sea. Too bad there is no service like boat trip for dolphins watching, snorkeling, surfing, etc.

Uns hat die ruhige Lage zund das gesamte Ambiente gefallen. Wir waren fast alleine in dem Resort.

It is the best hotel which available in Masira Island, because the remaining hotels are below the range. The staff are helpful and they are friendly.

Nice quiet break! Polite and friendly staff.

It was extremely difficult to get tothe ferry to main land. The first ferry left us on the shore because of they could only take some petrol vehicle. We waited a couple of hours on the dock and got almost run over other travellers once the ferry arrived. No systematic queuing. Cars got scratched once everybody tryied to enter the ferry at the same time. Wouldn't recommend this experience to anybody.

Peaceful surroundings. Beautiful swimming pool. Good sized room. Quiet.

Food was not brilliant.

The resort facilities we very pleasant as was the staff.

The food available for dinner was not of good quality or taste and was very overpriced .
