Clean facilities. Very friendly staff. We received a room upgrade. Nice room with big fridge. Hotel is located close to the new Sultan Qaboos Mosque but we could not hear a thing (and we are sensitive). Very good value for money. Tv did not work properly in our room. |

nice rooms and good house keeping services During my stay in the hotel i found that there is no flexiblity in dealing with costumers and bad management due the bad services ,less of staff ( the receptionest is working as a cleaner and bill boy in the same time) and mistake in the invoice by adding extra bed into the inovoice while the hotel didnt provide the bed to the room during my stay there(they have deducted the amount from my credit card without taking my premission and the General Manager of the Hotel agreed that its the hotel right to deducte the amount from my credit card even they didnt provide me with the bed and they have counted my kids who is under 6 years old as adults into the invoice. |

the size of the room and the bathroom The response time at the reception in the late evenings left a lot of desired. We asked for an adapter for the coffeemaking machine which never came, the coffee, creamer and sugar supplies were not replenished the next day by housekeeping. |

The design of the hotel is excellent. Rooms and bathrooms are large, modern and well laid out and design details are really good. Staff were excellent, friendly and courteous. Food was good and service excellent. The hotel is well located next to the main mosque in Muscat and easily accessible from the main highway to Muscat once the road layout is understood. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was difficult to find in the first instance and better access maps on the website would have been helpful. While we were there the hotel suffered power failures which although efficiently dealt using reserve generators the failures did cause us some problems due to trip switches operating within our room. We were impressed that an electrician was on call and responded very quickly once the problem was reported. |

Welcoming friendly staff, clean, tidy comfortable room, flexible with checkout time when not busy. Expensive. But I think this applies to prices of hotels in Muscat in general, I am from the uk and a night in a 3 star would never cost over 150 gbp |

The staff were very helpful and the rooms were surprisingly good. No facilities in this hotel, No gym, No pool, not really unmanned cafe facilities. But value for money is very good |

We loved everything about this hotel - the staff, decor, room sizes, en-suites etc. The breakfast was also excellent and we wish we had had more time to relax there. A pool would have been the icing on the cake! |

It is beautifully designed with marble and glass features throughout. Also very clean and well organised. Excellent value for money in Muscat. It is quite difficult to find, especially if you are driving and do not know Muscat well. A detailed map on the website would help. |

Quiet location (good for business travel/if you are driving). One of the staff members was very helpful with organizing very last minute day trip (and spoke excellent English). Free internet at the lobby. Spacious & comfortable room. Would have been good value for money if closer to actual Muscat. Would not have booked if had known/realized exact location (the Mosque is within walking distance but everything else requires a taxi: if you are a tourist and want to see coastal attractions, need to budget min OMR 30/day for taxis). Hotel still under construction/renovation which was probably the reason for the thick layer of dust on our room's floor. |

Excellent hotel, great and attentive staff, need directions on website as is a little difficult to find (head for the Grand Mosque) but staff can give good directions over the phone. A little out of the way, but a nice surprise when you get there, we'll be heading back |

Nice small Hotel with friendly and helpful Staff, Hotel looks very new and clean. Service is good but a little limited, I think because of the season. Perfect location for a short and Business trip, 7 min. from the airport!!! Restaurant was closed when I was there. |

The hotel is hard to find, especially at night since they have no illuminated sign. Once in, it is not too bad. It does not have a licor license; the breakfast room is small and noisy; you can easily listen in on all converstions around. Watch out for the laundry; it ruined at least one shirt with an overdosis of starch and poor pressing. |

Hotel exceeded expectations. Staff were friendly and room was spacious and comfortable The internet connection, which was rather expensive on hourly basis, was very unreliable. It did not connect well and when it did it kept disconnecting randomly. These days most hotels provide the Wi-Fi free of charge. |
