Only stayed one night, but was impressed by the room, breakfast quality and value for money. Highly recommended.

A lot of building work going on around the hotel, so car got very dusty.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location near to the grand mosque and easy to get around. Good breakfast and hotel. This hotel isn't licensed to sell alcohol nor does it have a pool but is a great option for a low cost city break in Muscat.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was excellent. The room was fantastic more than I could have wished for, clean and spacious. The air conditioning was good not too noisy and the shower brilliant. A quiet hotel at night meant you had an uninterrupted nights sleep.

Clean rooms with plenty of space. Nice size bathroom and shower facilities.

Need softer beds! Executive rooms need a desk to work from. Internet connection is next to a night stand and wireless wasn't working so had to use plug in and work at the night stand. Not very comfortable.

Staff helpful and polite, a good restaurant, easy to arrange airport pick up

Several lights not working in room, no-one at front desk when trying to check out at 0815 to get to airport, not a good location for visiting the old town

Very friendly and helpful staff in a small hotel atmosphere. Excellent quiet location with plenty of parking; ideal for people like us with a hire car from/to airport. Near to all main routes into and out of the city. We drove 1100 kms to coasts,deserts, castles and around the city in 4 days. Getting a good map of city to find restaurants, shops, palaces and other places to go is essential. Map not available at hotel.

Nothing serious; we would definitely stay at the Treasure Box again when in Muscat in preference to large international hotels.

Instead of making us pay for our grown up kids, staff offered us the much bigger family suite at slightly higher cost. We thought this was a very good gesture and it was certainly much more comfortable.

Breakfast a bit expensive to what is on the buffet table.

L'emplacement de l'hotel n'est pas top, il vaut mieux avoir une voiture pour se déplacer sinon peu de taxis passent devant l'hotel.il faut faire attention au prix de la chambre affiché qui n'inclut pas les taxes et dont le montant n'est pas négligeable (18%)

Clean facilities. Very friendly staff. We received a room upgrade. Nice room with big fridge. Hotel is located close to the new Sultan Qaboos Mosque but we could not hear a thing (and we are sensitive). Very good value for money.

Tv did not work properly in our room.

the size of the room and the bathroom

The response time at the reception in the late evenings left a lot of desired. We asked for an adapter for the coffeemaking machine which never came, the coffee, creamer and sugar supplies were not replenished the next day by housekeeping.
