I have stayed at this hotel many times. Very hospitable and helpful. Great location. They still do not have a restaurant, but there are some good restaurants and grocery stores within blocks. Great view of city. Near lite rail, which is only minutes away from bus terminal, local airport, and 700 store mall. Near park that offers incredible views of city and much more.

The staff was very accommodating n providing help when needed, especially while adjusting to the pandemic that has affected us all. Everyone was very attentive and courteous, but an added bonus was the front desk staff member who spoke excellent English. The location is perfect, especially the Bella Vista neighborhood supermarket - Riba Smith, which is in within walking distance, and the Santo Tomas Metro station is nearby. Other positives are cleanliness of the room, and the top floor which has a hot tub/pool and an excellent view of the city.

The staff were exceptionally helpful to a newcomer to Panama City. The room was clean and the shower was hot with good water pressure. There was a mini supermercado and a bakery nearby. Great value for your money.

we stayed one night transiting through Panama City. it’s a very basic clean room with small fridge with en-suite shower. the fridge is really just to chill water as no alcohol is allowed into the hotel . towel and soap bar provided per person. about a block away there is hostel 33 for breakfast and La teraza with a Mexican and central/South American restaurant bar open late. supermercado Rey is also nearby for groceries and also pharmacy within about a block away., so it’s convenient in terms of location. there is a small pool (more like a large jacuzzi fitting maximum 4 people comfortably) with an external shower on rooftop and view over Panama City which is handy. sadly the bar and restaurant within the hotel itself is shut , but other conveniences nearby. good pressure hot water shower, fast internet and AC. the reception /check in was a little frosty but ok. generally felt clean. you can buy coffee from reception for $1.50
