they fraudulently charged my credit card!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Clean and very good air conditioning. Hot water good. Alejandro was helpful making reservations and letting us check out a little later
Pillows were hard so had hard time sleeping
Condo was clean & comfortable. Good location, easy bike ride or walk to town, stores & restaurants.
No one was there when we arrived. It was hard to contact anyone when there was a problem.
The apartments are spacious and pretty new. We paid about $60 u.s./nt --a great price especially split between 3 or 4 people (which the apt easily accommodates). The owner seemed quite nice but was only found early in the morning or 3-5 which was sometimes inconvenient. However when she was around she was helpful. The kitchen is pretty good but a few of the pots looked old and like they were beginning to rust. Overall, the place was nice--a/c worked and it had a tv. We stayed for 4 days
The water didn't work on our first night (apparently due to construction) but worked everyday after that. Also, there is construction outside which might wake you at 730 or so. It was a little annoying if you are a light sleeper but we could live with it.
I loved it here so much that I extended my stay in Bocas. The quality of life is probably the best you will find in Bocas Town without paying $100/ a night. Location is desirable.
I would stay here again.
Lots of space, good furniture
Wifi stopped working one day in (one of the reasons we selected the place), big TV in the lounge didn't work (didn't intend to use it but it wasn't working all the same), on the first night the fire alarm went off which triggered the alarm for the whole building and all that was happening was a bit of cooking - the smoke detector is too close to the kitchen and there is no way of resetting it without getting a man out to fix it, the water went off for a night as well meaning we had to contact the owner again to fix it in the morning.
This is a new constructed apartment building. If you are looking to enjoy modern amenities on a tropical island this is the place to stay. Located across from the hospital and just 5 minutes by taxi from the center of town. There are two supermarkets in the vicinity and restaurants within walking distance on the same road at the hotel. I felt very comfortable and safe here. They apartment came with air condition, a kitchen with stove and microwave, comfortable queen-size bed, and bathroom with shower (including hot water). The WiFi worked consistently and there was cable with Fox News to keep on current events in English. The housekeeping was around daily to attend to my needs. This place was very modern and I highly recommended for vacationers not on a strict budget. One or Two bedroom apartments are available.
There was construction going during my stay but it was very quiet at night. If you arrived on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) or in the night, you may want to call first so someone is there to greet you at the apartment. Happy Travels!!!
the property is fairly new, so most stuff is ok, good internet.
Ms. Isabel, the owner, is the most irrespectful person we've come across in a hotel. She treated both our wives as "childish grown ups", just because we wanted to change room for another without the view of the trashy property to the east. For the money we paid for 2 couples, we would have been better off in single rooms paying half each and getting what we did not get here: good service cleaning in the morning swimming pool good location breakfast... yes, all that is lacking here.
- dirty area around hotel
