A young lady named Giselle impressed me with her sincere desire to assist me with my problems. Everything she said she was going to do, she did. Ask for her when you need assistance. Certain members of the staff were/are unaware of the details pertaining to Panama activities which they themselves are recommending. My advise for the patrons of this hotel, is for they themselves to conduct their own due diligence and not rely on the information provided to them. Be aware the taxi drivers must provide a percentage of their fare to the hotel. (You should) negotiate the fare with the driver. Once you find a driver you are pleased with, use them for the remainder of your stay.

Excelente servicio. Excelente Ubicación. Excelentes instalaciones. Dispone de confortable piscina, muy soleada y agua siempre cristalina, con tumbonas para relax. Gimnasio con equipos nuevos y en muy buenas condiciones. Una excelente zona de la lavandería automático (autoservicio y con servicio de lavado aparte) Aunque el Servicio de Camareros es Muy bueno. Disponen de un personal muy dispuesto y atento, la oferta de Menú del Desayuno Buffet (en cuanto a variedad y calidad) es mejorable.

Staff was excellent, especially Isabella, besos mi amor, they took care of everything we needed, gaves us prices for taxis, suggested dining areas and were very kind to my wife and daughter. Breakfast was excellent, outstanding spread, location was very nice, close to everything rooftop views were great. WIreless wasn't super strong, went in and out several times, once you found right location was ok but still not "strong".

The rooms for its price is fair... The attitude of the personnel while checking out was not the best My credit cards were denyied ( which make no sense since I am having now a problem with my account that have $ 400 blocked ) On the other hand they also rejected my Corporate Visa Card which has no limits JRM

La habitación de repente inundada a olor de cigarrillo, mucho ruido proveniente de afuera...No creo que valga lo que cuesta la estadía, no está mal, pero hay mejores lugares por el mismo precio.

De locatie is perfect, winkels en restaurants om de hoek. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en ontzettend behulpzaam. Met name Jennifer! De accommodatie is uitstekend en schoon. Je hebt een thuis gevoel. Kortom een aanrader en mijn vaste locatie als ik in Panama City ben! De apparaten van de gym zijn minimaal en aan vernieuwing toe. En je had niet de optie om in het Engels je invoer gegevens te kunnen invoeren.

a localização do hotel é muito boa café da manhã muito bom e os funcionarios bons e atenciosos é um hotel fo tipo flat,mais isso não impede que ele tivesse em suas dependencias um bebedor de agua, ou até mesmo um mini mercado de propriedade do hotel para compras de consumo em horas que vc não tem como sair pra rua.

en general todo... estuvo bien. creo que todo esta bien.. sin embargo las puertas que son antiguas desmeritan todo en el hotel para algunos no es relevante.. como para mi, pero mi compañero por ese detalle.. vio mas defectos ..
