It was pet friendly and the reason for picking this hotel. I was moving from Panama back to the states with my two dogs.

The room. It smelled like moth balls and must. The a/c barely worked and didn't sleep due to being hot.

The price, location and the elevator, the staff

The breakfast was fair. The internet on the 5th floor was very poor. We had to go out into the hallway or go downstairs to have internet

The staff was friendly and helpful. I arrived much before check-in time planning to wait in the lobby but they were able to get me into a room immediately and were not upset with me. Breakfast was more than excellent in quantity and taste. Room was very clean. Close to Metro and easy walking distance to many restaurants and the park at the coast. Their restaurant is excellent.

    Nothing to put here! :-)

The staff were great and very helpful

The area is a little run down and the hotel old. But it was clean

Staff was helpful, not everyone spoke English though. Shattle bus to airport and molls

Toilet went broken soon after we arrive. Fridge didn't work in the fist room we stayed. So, you see, the facilities are old and broken.

The location was perfect for what i needed. Miraflores Locks are only a 5 dollar taxiride away. There's a supermarket and some restaurants in walking distance. Albrook busterminal and airport are also pretty close.

The location in a central area, free bus shuttles to/from airport and malls. Good value for meals purchased in restaurant and quantity of food given. Nice clean pool.

Hotel is showing wear and tear over the years, some rooms need updating, wall/window type unit A/C not strong enough and noisy.

They were very friendly in hotel and restaurant. The rooms were very clean and cared for daily.

Nightlife is scary, daytime safe and close to businesses, restaurant, stores. But, was there 3 nights only went out first night and was approached by many lechers.

    Clean & decent; friendly

Location; mediocre restaurant; staff...did not pick us up at airport as they agreed; could not make our IPad function on their Wi-Fi

There is a lot to like here, its right at the centre of Panama, easy to get a taxi and the food at the hotel itself was ok,room was cleaned every day , the air con worked well for the two weeks we spent there, nearby riba smith supermarket and a small park close for sitting in the shade with ever so slightly less traffic noise

This is a *very* noisy location, constant traffic with hundreds of buses and the obligatory honking of horns 24/7 ,Most things in the room were well past their best, the wardrobe door was stuck and broken, likewise the rail inside, was broken. The room door itself was hit and miss if it locked or the key worked in 14 nights we had to take the key to reception 10 times as the key had stopped working, and was given an untrue story about why this was, one lift for 6 floors of rooms meant there was a wait any time you wanted to use it., if you compare this to a 2 start hotel in Europe you will get the idea. Remember to book your transport to and from the airport, in plenty of time, $2 per head in a cramped bus to the airport, the free bus from the airport to the hotel , didn't turn up so $35 had to be paid to a mad taxi driver to get us to the hotel.

The Hotel is within walking direction of most things, (as long as you know where you are going). The staff is helpful and although only a few of them speak English, you can communicate quite well. We went back for a second stay on our return to the city and were told "you are family"

The breakfast was good, and varied every day. The staff were helpful where possible

None of the rooms have microwave, kettle or balcony as advised in the information. This was one of the reasons why we booked here. The free shuttle only applies from the airport, You have to pay for the transfer to the airport and this runs on an inconvenient and fixed schedule. The free transfer was the other reason we booked this hotel. As the staff speak very little or no English it is impossible to get any explanation for the deviation from the booking standard

Free shuttle to and from airport. Lots of hot water. Good breakfast. Nobody speaks a little english.

Dirty floors in room. Old and drabby rooms and not maintained properly such as electrical outlets not working, broken toilet seats. Small rooms and too small washrooms. Washrooms not well equiped. Wifi didn't work in room.

A place to sit on a rooftop by the pool to read my book.

After two written confirmations that they would pick us up at the airport, no one was there and we had to wait for two hours after a long international flight for the shuttle to arrive. And this only occurred because two friendly, English-speaking tourists who had cellular service phoned the hotel for us. The first time they said they would send someone; 30" later they were on their way, and another hour later they said that Gustavo was there waiting for us only he was not and the shuttle finally arrived after two hours! Not a good start. Hardly anyone at the desk spoke English so we were lost most of the time and had no idea of places to see or go. The rooms were fairly clean but the bathroom plumbing was horrible. Shower leaked all over the floor and the toilet didn't work in 3 rooms and we had to haul all our stuff and change rooms three times. Breakfast was inedible. Beds were like cement with no mattress pad and the pillows were so old, dirty, and lumpy I wished I had brought my own. Construction outside every morning was so noisy you couldn't sleep and the neighborhood was run down and scary to walk about. I'll stop now because it just doesn't pay to keep going. Spend a little more money and stay elsewhere!

A fellow named Tino made sure everything was done when asked.

I would say everything pretty much met the expectations.
