The staff were very friendly. The hotel has transportation every day to the principal malls

- Shower was hot and powerfull, but they should renew the shower head. It was just like coming out of the tap. Over all, bathroom could be more modern - We wanted to swim, but the was cleaned which would take 6 hours according to the staff. Also no towels at the pool.

promised afree pick up at airport, I even called the day before to make sure they would be there, said a man namd Gustovo would hold up a sign with our name on it...We waited over an hour, thn hired some one to drive is in to hotel...cost $30.00 that I felt I should not of had to pay for. The front desk was some what abrupt, said, well he left at 3:15 to pick us up for our 7:00 arrival....no sorry, and a bit of attitude...did not get wake up call that was requested...again front desk ...

Good breakfast included with the price. Free airport transfer. Free WiFi. An older hotel with a solid three star rating.

If you arriving "late" in the evening, or have special needs or requests, brush up on your Spanish or crank up google Translate, as not all of the staff are multilingual.

Good location, clean, affordable

No hot water, shuttle takes 2+ hours because they go to other hotels, wifi didnt work on second floor

It's location is ideal for shopping, sightseeing and walking around the city. Free bus service to malls and a guided tour to the canal. The staff is very equitable and will go out of their way to assist. The breakfast is OK. Rooms are small and the bed is comfy.

Cleanliness of pool. There is need for regular cleaning and maintenance of this facility. Water appeared dirty.

Breakfast not very good, little food left after 9am.Being charged extra day for no-show when we did show, still trying to get refund. according to Tripadvisor this happens frequently so be warned.

Free internet and Shuttle bus.

I had to wait over an hour for the shuttle bus. Staff do not speak English and hardly any tourist info.

Hotel is 2 short walking blocks from iglsia Carmen & 10 walk to Via Veneto casino, a safe popular downtown day & evening area. Cresta Inn appears old but many rooms are already upgraded & have modern bathrooms. Reminds me of old typical european better budget hotel with small pool patio. Antonio gives excellent honest advice about getting around Panama city, in excellent English & Spanish. His reception ladies speak spanish only. Free airport transfers fabulous benefit. Wifi also & good breakfasts included. Hotel also has a tourist desk & decent 24hr restaurant.

Area of Via Espania bit isolated late night so suggest solo single female travellers get taxi back to hotel.

Location was great. Having shuttle to airport was a plus. Check-in and early evening staff were great. The power went out in the country we were told and they had a generator and we still had air conditioning!

We needed airport shuttle and the one that would fit our flight was at 4:30 A.M. (4 hrs before our flight since next shuttle was too late) and we were told we could have the complimentary breakfast before we left. When we got up and were in the lobby, we could not get breakfast. Disappointed.

The rooms were very clean, hotel was clean

The hotel attendant in day time was extremely rude. Treated us like foreigners instead of quests.

Room a little old,needs renovation. Nothing works in the gym room. Shuttle to airport not practical unless you have time to make extra stops to other hotels pick up.

The staff were very helpful. The breakfast very good and the restaurant not bad either. Decent beds. Clean and comfortable and since its on a main road, cabs are easy to hail.

While the rooms are quiet, the street is unbelievably busy and noisy. Regrettably there are few good restaurants within easy walking distance.

There are reviews that seem unfair. There are some that say the staff were unfriendly if you didn't speak spanish and I talked to lots of different staff, I don't speak spanish, how ever I did try , and the staff were lovely! Always polite, friendly, funny and patient. The airport shuttle is free and punctual. The beds are huge! The bathroom was clean and there is hot water. The breakfast is good too - fresh fruit, juice, pancakes, and Panamanian food. I found most places in walking distance (ave. Balboa, el Rey supermarket), shopping etc) or there are city cabs always going past at any time. I'm sure if you are really look for problems you'll find them but for the money it was great!

staff were very helpful,nothing too much trouble.Breakfast was good value when included in room price. Have already made a reservation to stay there on the return leg of the trip

The place although clean has an old and tired look to it but for the money it is good value for in the city

Terrible service. No sense of custumer care or valur for money whatso- ever. My daughter´s little back pack got misplaced and they couldn´t find it. Offered a room with a balcony and there was no balcony. Not lean enough. Extremely poor room service restaurant during night shift. No good food either. Transportation has to be booked in advance and there is noone to guide you through, so I ended up having to take a $25.00 cab to not miss my plane.

The staff is awfull the service is very poor or no service I wouldnt go there even if they pay me too awfull I really regret staying there the shuttle is a good thing if they drive like they were transporting people but they drive as if they were transporting trash awfull simply terrible Horrible !!!!!!!!!!!!deberian de darle a su staff cursos de servicio al cliente porque no saben tratar a las personas y el shuttle del aeropuerto seria bueno que recordaran que llevan personas y no basura en el busito
