Location is centrak I booked a deluxe room for 2. However, when I came the receptionist was rude and: - Told me that I have to pay extra for the second person - Gave me a lower standard room. I had to fight with the front desk the next day Also, check-in takes a long time due to not enough front office staff. Design is poor - looks like a hospital

Central location in the city A lot of noise from the street - they are building the metro in Panama city and the work will take place until 2014. As the hotel is right by the central avenue, all rooms have to suffer a lot of noise, day and night (they work 24h a day on it)

Fijn zwembad. Heerlijke pina colada'S. Fijne kamer. Niet al het personeel spreekt engels. Dat vind ik raar voor zo'n groot hotel met ook nog een conventiecenter.

El entorno, la piscina para los más pequeños, el desayuno bueno, el tamaño de las piezas para 4 (2 adultos y 2 niños) El personal en la piscina un poco lento para atender y se demoraban mucho en traer los pedidos, no fue así el pedido que hicimos desde la pieza, no dijeron una cantidad de minutos y así fue. Un detalle, a lo mejor es así en Panamá, pero no ponían servilletas de papel para las comidas

La conferencia a la que asistía se hacía ahi por lo que la unicación era excelente. La atención de su personal en general muy buena. Las instalaciones del gimnasio no están a la altura de un hotel de us300 por noche.

1. El personal del hotel (servicio de habitación) se comprometía a llevar algo a la habitación y nunca lo llevó. Se insistía en el pedido, volvían a comprometerse y no lo llevaban. Se hizo la reclamación y sólo pedían disculpas (nunca llevaron nada a la habitación) 2.- El servicio de wi-fi es pésimo, tanto en las habitaciones como en los lugares comunes del hotel. 3.- La limpieza de la habitación comenzó mal desde la llegada. Encontramos "cabellos" en la cama que se suponía recién preparada para nuesvos huéspedes. 4.- El precio no tiene relación con el hotel y sus servicios: MALO 5.- No especifican en la página de booking.com, si los precios son con o sin desayuno, por ejemplo. NOTA: todos estos reclamos se hicieron llegar personalmente a la gente del hotel. Como finalmente lo único que hicieron fue pedir disculpas, sólo "resistimos" dos noches en el hotel, de las 5 que teníamos programadas.

Su ubicacion, su piscina 1. El valet parking es gratis pero en momentos determinados tardan mucho tiempo en atenderte. 2. En recepcion cada vez que pides una informacion el sistema informatico parece una caja de pandora que no da respuestas, vamos que no se aclaran. Dieron llave de mi cuato a otro cliente estando nosotros dentro 3. En los desayunos nos pidieron la firma siempre a destiempo

Nulla ! Sporco carenza nel servizio, mi hanno dato una camera all'arrivo dove dentro c'erano ancora abiti del precedente cliente e la camear sporca ho dovuto aspettare che mi cambiassero camera . il secondo giorno la chiave non funzionava e 30 minuti sono rimasto in attesa che mi aprissero la porta della mia camera . posizionato in una zona centrale ma sporca e sporco anche l'hotel stesso .

That the hotel management is not correct!!!! They offer good prices but they put you an the street side where the Metro construction seems te be built. 24/7 hours working!!!! When I came in the room the airco was heavily working, no problem, when I can back in and shut the airco the noise of the drilling came.... Finally during the full night... Also a lot of screaming and load speaking persons from a wedding... This all makes sleeping impossible. When I complained and ask for the manager... Nobody... Finallly they put 10% of the bill.... But they all seems to know the problems... But no warning on the web... I suggest to avoid this type of hotels, you can not trust them.
