Breakfast was good if you get there before 8am, beds were a good size and the staff were generally very pleasant and helpful. The fitness room was also pretty good for a hotel.
Nobody knew the hotel by the names listed on here and it has no sign that says it on it. It just says Regus. The pool often had birds drinking from it so I doubt there was much chlorine and the kids pool smelt of urine. If you got to breakfast after 0830 the selection was hit and miss (burnt but soggy scrambled eggs!) and the one member of staff invited himself into our hotel room without even knocking!
Good location, big room, excellent staff, a lot of privacy and security
The carpet, are old and smell bad. It is the only negative factor. Also the breakfast must be until 11am
The location is really good. Close to the banking zone in Panama. Also close to pubs where you can just walk to them. Ac was really working nice and cool and no noise. The breakfast was decent as well.
Only beef I had was my mini bar was empty. Called the front desk and they advised me it was a outside vendor who stocked them.
Hotel needs to renew carpets
The staffs in the restaurant is very attentive and friendly and i can say that they are properly trained for the job. Front office are helpful, the cleaning lady is friendly.
My wife came back from lunch and was surprised that the bellman followed her from the elevator up to the door of our room and pretending to knock the door just in front of us. Is it a sort of security purposes?why? we already stayed there for around three days and that bellman accompanied us to our room, he knows me and my wife so it is not necessary at all. Lastly, bellman shouldn't be knocking any hotel room especially if he is not carrying any luggage at all,which is what his job should be!

As a tourist and travel agent, It was the most embarrassing and ridiculous situation, since the first minute I arrived at the hotel until my request for cancellation of the second day the next day. I was informed that no one helped me with the luggage because the bellboy was having lunch. The Sauna and Jacuzzi, is extremely old was dirty, full of flies at 2:00 pm. Birds dived into the pool and jacuzzi to feed, bathe and drink. This indicates that he had no prevention products and chlorine. The breakfast is poor, with few options and simple things like bread and croissant stink. Around 12:00 returning to the room there was not room service, I called the front desk 3 times asking only new towels. As was already 3:00 pm and nothing had been done, we decided to go at the front desk, cancel our reservation the next day and we left. Escape from this hotel, and just to give your worst enemy. I believe that using the name "sheraton" the least I expected was professionalism.

The location was good. Near to the hop on hop off bus . The division between the toilet/douche and the washing table Wifi on the 7th floor was good. The staff was very helpfull

Cleanliness & location.
Staff's lack of hospitality & helpfulness. Non-functioning wifi. Parking. Here's my letter after my stay: Hi. I never ever try and leave negative feedback...and rarely leave any feedback at all. However, last nights experience was such a terrible experience, I felt the need to say something, so that others can have a much more positive experience. Even though I had many other comparable, economical options available, I decided to book with Four Points my last night in Panama. I've always had a good experience there, and I decided to pay a little more so I could assure I wouldn't have any hiccups with some important business I needed to get done before I got a few hours sleep before my flight home (which I'm on currently as I type this). From the moment I pulled in, I was treated like I was a burden to the front staff. There was no help with baggage or valet, which is fine, but once I finally got parking instructions to self-park, there was no unlocked door to get back in! They could see me through the glass trying to enter, and kept signaling in Spanish that I had to walk clear down and around through the parking garage to get back to the front. Once I finally made it back to the front desk 20 mins later, it took another 20 mins to get someone to free up with talking to other employees to begin checking in. They didn't have my reservation, so I had to email it. I put VERY clear instructions on my booking that I absolutely needed high speed internet for the work I needed to get done. I was assured that was available. Once I was checked into my room, Internet was completely non-functional. I called for maintenance, and 20 mins later had a service guy there punching in the same passwords I'd been trying the entire time. He ended up turning on my cellular data on my phone, which will end up costing me $10+ From AT&T for the texts that came in.
Rooms, clean and spacious
Staff don´t make to much effort to help, maybe because of the weekend. Check in time 3PM is too late!
Hotel seemed a bit tired and dark

There was a problem with one of the rooms (smell !!) and room change had to be made. Information obtained in advance from hotel staff proved incorrect, which caused MASSIVE problems in the money/finance area.

Nice big room and clean!
We were told that we had made 2 reservations when we had only made one. When asked if we had 2 reservations, I was told I had to take care of the issues or I would get charged a no show fee for not checking in on the second reservation that we didn't have. I work in customer service and I know that a duplicate reservation is the hotel's problem to fix between them and booking.com after I had said we only had 1 reservation. My records only show 1 reservation. The hotel even called me in my room at 9:00pm to discuss this.
Staff tried very hard to find a room that didnt smell from mould,finally we were put into an executive suite that had no mould smell.we were shown 5 other rooms,but the staff worked with us to see that we were satified
